Conservation Act, approval is granted to Grad & Walker EnergyCorporation to drill an off-target oil well located at 16-3-34-27 W3M,subject to the following:

1 The net productive area used in calculating the maximumallowable rate of production shall be determined in accordance withsubsection 30(1) of The Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, 1985.

CARLYLE AREA-ALIDA BEDS —HORIZONTAL WELL PROJECT

MRO 314/96. Pursuant to section 17.1 of The Oil and GasConservation Act, approval is granted to Tarragon Oil and GasLimited to drill and complete one horizontal well in the Alida Bedsunderlying the south-east quarter of Section 2-8-3 W2M, in accordancewith plans filed with Saskatchewan Energy and Mines as DocumentNo. H.W. 546 and subject to the following:

HUME AREA-FROBISHER BEDS —HORIZONTAL WELL PROJECT

MRO 315/96. Pursuant to section 17.1 of The Oil and GasConservation Act, approval is granted to Tarragon Oil and GasLimited to drill and complete one horizontal well in the FrobisherBeds, underlying Section 24-8-12 W2M, in accordance with plansfiled with Saskatchewan Energy and Mines as DocumentNo. H.W. 547 and subject to the following:

1 Good production practice is approved.Dated at Regina, Saskatchewan, April 24, 1996.

WAUCHOPE ALIDA-TILSTON BEDS POOL —PRESSURE MAINTENANCE

MRO 316/96. Pursuant to section 17.1 of The Oil and GasConservation Act, the application submitted by Poco Petroleums Ltd.for disposing of salt water recovered from oilfield production byinjection into the Alida-Tilston Beds through the well Poco Wauchope10-36-6-34 is approved, in accordance with plans and specificationsfiled with the Department as Document No. P.M. 1047 and subject tothe following:

1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a fieldrepresentative of the Department prior to the commencement of saltwater injection and subsequent to any modifications to suchinstallations.

2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximumof 9 500 kilopascals.

3 All injection volumes shall be metered with a Departmentapproved method.

4 An application to plugback must be applied for and approvedthrough the Department field office prior to re-completing the abovewell for salt water disposal.

This approval does not authorize the applicant to dispose of saltwater without the consent of all the mineral owners, other than theCrown, that might reasonably be adversely affected by such disposal.

BATTLE CREEK MADISON POOL —PRESSURE MAINTENANCE

MRO 317/96. Pursuant to section 17.1 of The Oil and GasConservation Act, the application submitted by Cirque Energy Ltd.for disposing of salt water recovered from oilfield production byinjection into the Madison Group through the well Cirque et al BattleCreek 9-22-3-26 is approved, in accordance with plans andspecifications filed with the Department as Document No. P.M. 1048and subject to the following:

1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a fieldrepresentative of the Department prior to the commencement of saltwater injection and subsequent to any modifications to suchinstallations.

2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximumof 13 100 kilopascals.

3 All injection volumes shall be metered with a Departmentapproved method.

Pursuant to section 17.1 of The Oil and GasConservation Act, approval is granted to Numac Energy Inc. to drilland complete six horizontal wells in the Frobisher Beds, underlyingportions of Sections 22, 27, 28, 29 and 33-3-32 W1M, in accordancewith plans filed with Saskatchewan Energy and Mines as DocumentNo. H.W. 508 and subject to the following:

1 Good production practice is approved for the proposed wells inSections 22, 27, the south half of 28, and 33-3-32 W1M.

2 A maximum allowable rate of production shall be assigned to theproposed wells in the north half of Section 28 and the north-eastquarter of Section 29-3-32 W1M.

PETITIONS12(1) A petition to the Assembly may be presented by a Member

at any time during the sitting of the Assembly by filing the same withthe Clerk of the Assembly.

(6) Petitions may be either written or printed, provided alwaysthat when there are three or more petitioners, the signatures of atleast three petitioners shall be subscribed on the sheet containing theprayer of the petition.

(9) No petition can be received which prays for any expenditure,grant or charge on the public revenue, whether payable out of theConsolidated Fund or out of moneys to be provided by the Assembly.

PRIVATE BILLS64(1) All petitions for Private Bills shall be in duplicate and shall

be filed with the Clerk of the Assembly not later than the twentiethsitting day of the Session.

(2) No petition for any Private Bill shall be received by theAssembly if presented after the first twenty-five sitting days of theSession.

(3) No Private Bill may be introduced in the Assembly after thefirst thirty sitting days of the Session.

65(1) Every applicant for a Private Bill shall deposit with theClerk of the Assembly along with the petition for same, two copies ofthe bill, with marginal notes inserted, and an accepted chequepayable to the Minister of Finance for the sum of two hundred andfifty dollars, if the said bill does not exceed ten pages, and fifteendollars additional for each page over that number, four hundred andfifty words shall be held to constitute a page.

(2) In the case of a bill incorporating a company, a receipt from theRegistrar of Joint Stock Companies for any statutory fees requiredshall also be deposited with the Clerk of the Assembly.

66 No remittance of a deposit on account of a Private Bill or anyportion thereof shall be ordered by the Assembly unless the same hasbeen recommended by the committee charged with its consideration,or unless the bill has been withdrawn, rejected or not reported upon,in which cases the actual expenses incurred shall be deducted fromthe deposit received before making such remittance.

68(1) All petitions to the Legislature for Private Bills of anynature whatsoever, shall require a notice, clearly and distinctlyspecifying the nature and object of the application and where thesame refers to any proposed work, indicating generally the locationof the work, and signed by and on behalf of the petitioners, with theaddress of the party signing the same; and when the petition is for anact of incorporation the name of the proposed company shall be statedin the notice.

(2) Such notice shall be published prior to the filing of the petitionwith the Clerk of the Assembly as required in Rule 64(1) in twoconsecutive issues of The Saskatchewan Gazette and four consecutiveissues of a newspaper, published in English and having circulation inthe locality affected.

(3) A copy of the notice with a statutory declaration of the severalpublications of advertisement shall be filed with the Clerk of theAssembly along with the petition and bill.

69(2) Every bill for an act of incorporation, where a form of modelbill has been adopted, shall be drawn in accordance with such modelbill, copies of which may be obtained from the Clerk of the Assembly.Any provisions contained in any such bill which are not in accord withthe model bill shall be inserted between brackets and shall be soprinted.

72 When any bill for confirming any agreement is filed with theClerk of the Assembly a true copy of such agreement must beattached to it.

COMMITTEE RULINGIn cases where the proposed bill provides that the property to be

used or occupied by the petitioner be exempt from taxation, either inwhole or in part, the petitioner must file with the Clerk of theAssembly, along with the petition, a written statement from the localmunicipal authority in which the said property is situated approvingthe intent of the provisions of the proposed bill which provide for theexemption from taxation.

The name of the Member who is to present the petition and PrivateBill must be furnished to the Clerk of the Assembly at the time offiling the petition. Such Member should not, of course, be a Memberof the Cabinet.

devant être utilisés ou occupés par le requérant soient exemptsd’impôts, que ce soit dans leur ensemble ou partiellement, le requérantdevra déposer au bureau du greffier de l’Assemblée en plus de sapétition, une déclaration par écrit des autorités municipales localesoù se trouvent les biens en question approuvant l’objet des dispositionsde la proposition de projet de loi qui prévoit l’exemption d’impôts.

Le nom du député qui présentera la pétition et le projet de loi doitêtre fourni au greffier de l’Assemblée lors du dépôt de la pétition. Ilest entendu que le député en question ne peut être un membre duCabinet.

All material for publication in The Saskatchewan Gazette must besubmitted on disk (WordPerfect or Word) or hard copy to the Officeof the Queen’s Printer, Saskatchewan Justice, 1871 Smith Street,Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 3V7, tel. (306) 787-6896 by noon on theThursday previous to the week of publication. If a holiday occurswithin the week of publication, the deadline is set back to noon of theprevious Wednesday. At least one full week should be allowed formail delivery.

Each document or disk must be complete in the form requiredfor publication and must be separate from the covering letter.Signatures on all documents must be typewritten or clearlyprinted immediately below the written signatures. Publicationof any material received late will be delayed.

Prepayment is required for ALL notices placed in TheSaskatchewan Gazette by non-government clients. Chequesor money orders must be made payable to the Queen’s Printer

Revolving Fund. Please include the GST in addition to regularcharges at the rate of 7% each for those items listed belowunder “GST Payable”.
