The Assessment Management Agency Act__________

CERTIFICATES OF CONFIRMATION FOR THE 2001ASSESSMENT ROLLS OF CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES

The Board of Directors of the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency hereby orders that the 2001 assessment rolls of the urbanmunicipalities listed in Schedule 1 are confirmed, pursuant to clause 12(1)(p) of The Assessment Management Agency Act and subsection 273(3)of The Urban Municipality Act, 1984, and the Board hereby authorizes and directs the issuance of a certificate of confirmation with respectto each of the said assessment rolls.

The Board of Directors of the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency hereby orders that the 2001 assessment rolls of the ruralmunicipalities listed in Schedule 2 are confirmed, pursuant to clause 12(1)(p) of The Assessment Management Agency Act and subsection 327(2)of The Rural Municipality Act, 1989, and the Board hereby authorizes and directs the issuance of a certificate of confirmation with respectto each of the said assessment rolls.

The Board of Directors of the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency hereby further orders that the 2001 assessment roll of thenorthern municipality listed in Schedule 3 is confirmed, pursuant to clause 12(1)(p) of The Assessment Management Agency Act andsubsection 224(4) of The Northern Municipalities Act, and the Board hereby authorizes and directs the issuance of a certificate ofconfirmation with respect to the said assessment roll.

Conservation Act, approval is granted to Landex Exploration Ltd. todispose of salt water recovered from oilfield production, by injectioninto the Mannville Formation through the well Landex Willmar HZ3D14-30-3D12-30-5-3, which is to be plugged back to Lsd 14 ofSection 30-5-3 W2M, in accordance with plans filed with theDepartment as Document No. S.W.D. 825 and subject to the following:

1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a fieldrepresentative of the Department prior to the commencement of saltwater injection and subsequent to any modifications to suchinstallations.

2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximumof 7 900 kilopascals (kPa).

3 All injection volumes shall be metered with a Departmentapproved method.

4 Form EM 130 to abandon the horizontal well must be completedand approved by the Estevan field office of the Department.

5 A licence to re-enter the vertical portion of the horizontal well forwater disposal purposes must be submitted to the Well Licensingsection of the Department.

6 PBTD shall be no greater than 25 metres from the base of the lastperforated interval.

7 A cement bond log must be run to determine top and condition ofcement behind casing. If inadequate, remedial work must beperformed to the satisfaction of the Department field office prior tore-completing the above well for salt water disposal.

This approval does not authorize the applicant to dispose of saltwater without the consent of all the mineral owners, other than theCrown, that might reasonably be adversely affected by such disposal.
