Installation & Commissioning:Proper handling of equipment prior to and during installation and start-up is vital to ensure that the delivered equipment will function as designed.

EUREKA Pumps AS has extensive experience as a manufacturer, systems integrator and supplier of pumps, pump systems and generator sets.

EUREKA Pumps AS offers detailed product and application insight, ensuring a proper, safe and controlled installation and start-up of the supplied equipment.

EUREKA Pumps AS provides rapid and direct solution of any problems and possible warranty issues that might occur during installation and start up.

FACILITIES & CAPABILITIES

Hand-over:The installation is not complete until the customer is fully satisfied and is provided a demonstration of the operation and performance of the product.

Our Field Service Engineers will also review the step-by-step checklist that was used during the installation and provide the details behind how each step was validated.

After all customer expectations are met, a customer acceptance form will be completed.

EUREKA Client Commitment:• Any material found not

meeting the necessary quality standards during inspections will be replaced without question.

• No spare part costs during the installation, commission-ing and start-up period for Eureka supplied equipment to new builds.

• Dedicated presence at yard during installation, mechani-cal completion and commis-sioning to avoid delays.

Overall Scope of Work:• Receiving Inspection.• Preservation on site: - during storage. - after installation.• Installation supervision.• Commissioning Preparation

and Mechanical Completion.• Commissioning and start-up.• Support and assistance after

start-up.• Training Courses.

Set-up:Our job is not finished until all connections are complete. Our team will connect electrical, piping and any communications required for the product.

Receiving Inspection:All installations include a detailed inspection of the shipped materials to ensure they meet standard quality. Additional inspections are also made throughout the course of the installation to ensure proper fit, form, and function.

Local SupportOur experienced team of Field Service Engineers will be available from our Kristiansund facility to support your organization on site during installation and commissioning.

Our team can also offer training on site if required.

Planning:To assure that correct guidelines and start-up procedures are followed and verified, Eureka’s Commissioning team will assist our clients to develop a detailed start-up plan including checkout procedures.
