Rediscovering His Purpose...

Participant Jessie (right) teaches participant Melissa how to play

piano at LEC.

At Life Enrichment Adult Day Care

page 2

Participant Jessie has a rich history with Life Enrichment. It began as a TACC driver. Jessie brought participants to and from the center. Years later, Jessie would become an employee of LEC, continuing to touch the lives of LEC participants and their families.

Today Jessie attends LEC as a participant. By coming to LEC he is able to share his passion for music with other participants.

He was recently presented a guitar from LEC’s board of directors so that he can share his blues and jazz talents with other participants.

Jessie and fellow participants started a quintet. They performed at LEC’s Annual Christmas Pageant. All five men are veterans of the United States Military.

“I love life enrichment, and I love the staff too,If it wasn’t for these people, I wouldn’t know what to do,

I love life enrichment, they’ll forever be my crew” - Jessie Hopper

Wish ListThank you:

We have been settling into our greenhouse at the Shelby center and we are having so much fun! We have done lots of planting, watering and pruning, we have eaten lunch among the flowers and we hosted a tea party for the Foothills Herb Society. We also enjoyed painting our own barn quilt in the greenhouse. Greenhouses are GREAT!

Life Is Good In The Greenhouse

Participants Gladys (left) & Cindy work together and paint a barn quilt.
