New Products in the Business Partners' kitty We are constantly striving to provide you with all the support required to

increase your business revenue. In this endeavor, we have introduced new

products that you can offer to your clients for trading. This would not only

financial products to offer to your clients, thus putting you forward as a one-

stop-shop for meeting the financial requirements of your clients and

Commodities: IIFL has introduced for the business partners, trading in

the Commodities Sector. This gives you an opportunity to invest in a

different asset class and diversify your investors' portfolios. IIFL being a

member of India's biggest commodity exchanges, MCX and

NCDEX,provides you a platform for trading in the commodity futures

market. This will also provide investors the option of trading & hedging

to maximize their profitability and minimize risk.

Currency Trading: IIFL now offers its investors a platform to trade in

world's largest market - the currency markets. Your clients can trade in

currency futures through IIFL, as we are members of India's biggest

exchanges offering currency trading through NSE and MCX respectively.

“Success breeds Success”There was a farmer who grew superior quality, award-winning corn in his farm. Each year, he entered his corn in the state fair where it won honors and Prizes.

One year a newspaper reporter interviewed him and learned something interesting about how he grew his corn. The reporter discovered that the farmer shared his seed corn with his neighbors. "How can you afford to share your best seed corn with your neighbors when they are entering corn in competition with yours each year?" The reporter asked. "Why brother,” the farmer replied, "didn't you know? The wind picks up pollen grains from the ripening corn and swirls it from field to field. If my neighbors grow inferior, sub-standard and poor quality corn, cross-pollination will steadily degrade the quality of my corn. If I have to grow good corn, I must help my neighbors to grow good corn."

The farmer gave a superb insight into the connectedness of life. His corn cannot improve unless his neighbor's corn also improves.

So it is in the other dimensions and areas of life! Those who choose to be in harmony must help their neighbors and colleagues to be at peace. Those who choose to live well must help others live well. The value of a life is not measured by how long one lived it is measured by how many lives one touches…

Dedicated service for our Business PartnersWe, understand that service is crucial in the broking business. The

importance of a dedicated relationship manager who can be your

mentor, resolve all your queries, guide you in all aspects of your business

and service you at all times, can never be undermined. Hence, we have

introduced the concept of a 'Business Development Manager (BDM)',

who will be the one point contact for all our Business Partners.

Each of our Business Partners will have a dedicated BDM who will

service him/her in all aspects related to this business. Our BDMs are

people with sound business knowledge, clear finance concepts and an

in-depth understanding of the IIFL systems, processes & policies. Our

BDMs would not only handle your queries but also, hand-hold you in the

initial phase of your business, which might include even accompanying

you for meetings with your prospects and clients, if required.

Also, the responsibility of the BDM is solely to manage and service the

Business Partners, hence ensuring an undivided attention to our Business

Partners. At IIFL, we have created a separate team of experienced people

to only manage our partner business. This team monitors the performance

of the BDMs at all points of time thus eliminating chances of lax behavior at

the BDM's end. This also ensures a firm escalation process in place for our

Business Partners to ensure smooth functioning of their business.

Changes in IWIN

MIS is the backbone of any business. Complete and updated reports are

required at all points of time to analyse the progress of the business. Future

plans are made on the basis of the current MIS reports. Hence, we have

introduced new reports for you in IWIN, to enable you understand your

business and clients better and take accordingly decide on your future plans.

Following are the reports which will be added to your IWIN very soon:

1) Current Schemes Report; 2) New Business Partner Analysis Report;

3) Business Partner Ranking Report; 4) Top Brokerage generator Reporter;

5) Marketing Material Request Page

Your IWIN will also be given a new look and feel to enable easier

navigation and ensure user-friendly information dissemination.

very simply while others are to be given a special treatment. Hence,

we have introduced the concept of 'The Executive Club' to manage

our valuable business relationships. This club is an elite club created

for our best performing Business Partners who are the top 50

contributors in terms of business volumes and number of customers.

We have set-up a separate desk to service the members of the

Executive Club.

1) Should be associated with IIFL in the capacity of a Business Partner for more than 6 months

2) The Business Partner should be generating a monthly gross brokerage of more than Rs.6 Lakhs
