Advanced Warranty Replacement (AWR)
Limited premium warranty benefit available to Gold and Platinum
Partners who meet criteria. On receiving a replacement request, Intel
immediately ships out replacement products or spare parts to the
customer, without having to first wait for the defective part to be
returned. Product will be shipped1 the same day or early next
business day.
Standard Warranty Replacement (SWR)
The basic warranty service level available to all Partners of the program. Intel
ships out a replacement part upon receipt of the non-functional or defective
product that is eligible for warranty service.
For SWR Program warranty replacement should be done within 30 days of
purchase through your Intel® Authorized Distributor.
Non-functional or defective parts for replacement must be returned within 30 days
of the replacement request or the order replacement parts will be canceled.
The replacement product will be shipped1 once it has been received by Intel.

Are all my purchases turned into points?
Only purchases of eligible products from Intel® Authorized Distributors that appear in the points matrix will be considered and registered as points.
When will I receive the points from my purchases?
Points will be credited to your account within 3 weeks after the date of purchase (time frame may vary).
How long until my points expire?
Points earned are valid for 1 year and expire on the last day of the quarter.
Who can redeem points?
The “Account Administrator” and “Points Benefit Manager” are able to redeem points through the website. If you need assistance or don’t know who is the "Points Benefit Manager" access Buying and Support.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Remember, Points Promotions can give you additional Points beyond the established caps.

How long do training credits take to be reflected in my profile?It depends on which type of training you have taken, but on average credits earned via Online and On-Demand trainings take up to 72hrs to be reflected. Face to Face and Events trainings can take up to 15 days to be reflected.
Why do I see my training credits as ‘0’ in January?Training credits are tracked annually for renewal, therefore at the beginning of every year ‘Your Dashboard Profile’ will be refreshed and training credits will be set to ‘0’.
How do I make sure to receive invitations for webinars and the latest trainings?Log in to your profile and select ‘Subscribe’ for the categories ‘Webinars and Education’ and Training on ‘My Intel’ menu.See the full process on page 64.
What should I do when the training credits are not reflected correctly?Go to the Buying and Support page, click on Membership Support and open a ticket with our Customer Support team.You can reference page 28.
