• At first 28 schools

• Three training days for the teachers

• In total six trainings (two groups in Tallinn, one in Tartu)

• Total 86 participants (teachers, headteachers, educationaltechnologists)

Challenges and solutions

• Some of the teachers have not joined the project voluntarily

• Getting the consent for control class

• Carrying out the tests during a limited time period

• Scoring of the tests (Russian in particular)

• Any rewards for the case study teachers?

• Keepsake for the students and teachers?
