Partner tiering

The Bronze Partner level is our entry level status and offers the partners immediate access to benefits such as free demo licenses and access to sales and marketing tools.

The Silver level is for the partners that are prepared to make a certain com-mitment to develop their busines and will have access to a higher level of benefits.

The Gold level is for partners who have superior knowledge and exper-tise in selling our product range. The Gold partners receive an even higher range of benefits and partner sup-port.

The new membership level enables you to easily understand your level, the benefits, partner com mitments and how easy you can ad-vance.

• The same person can be trained for more than 1 product.• The same person can be defined as consultant as well as a pre-

sales employee.• Each world tour participation / dedicated partner training will

count as a qualified resource. For example, if 3 consultants have participated in the basic Beas implementation, those 3 consul-tants will be counted as qualified.

• The qualification will be valid for 3 years starting from the com-pletion date of the training taken.

According to the Reseller Agreement, Boyum IT provides free sec-ond level support to all registered partner and will provide the partner with supporting documentation to assist in areas of im-plementation, sales and marketing.

The Boyum Help Center is your entry point for help and support. It allows you to access knowledge base, documentation, search the FAQ or ask questions and share your ideas, open and track support inqui ries and much more.

The maintenance amount is prorated for the re-maining portion of the calendar year. After the first year you are going to receive an invoice for the subsequent year.

Boyum IT will charge our partner 12% in mainte-nance based on the end-user pricelist. We rec-ommend our partners to charge their clients the SAP Business One maintenance according to the standards in the country in question. The price list can be found in the Boyum Portal under “Shop”.

In order to renew the yearly Boyum Maintenance, you simply log into the Boyum Portal. It’s very simple. We recommend that you assign your staff as us-ers for the portal so they can access the partner license and help your customers. This is how you do it.
