Nouns

A person, place, thing, or idea

– man, John, shopper, President, store, Atlantic Ocean, house, movie theater, gift, tree, dog, computer, love, strength, hope

Pronouns

Take the place of nouns

• Personal Pronouns……– she, it, they, I, me, mine, him, her, their, you

• Demonstrative Pronouns…– this, that, these, those
