SKI PASSESThe pass is a type of transport card. The acquisition of a ski pass means that the person buying it accepts all the conditions relating to such general sale and usage, without prejudice to the usual methods of appeal legally speaking. All public price lists relating to the sale of these passes, and anything to do with transport and cards are displayed at the ski lift cash desk points. These tariffs are expressed in Euros inclusive of all tax.In the case of « hand free» passes costing around 3,00 €, the return of such a pass in a good condition should be carried out during the opening hours of the ski lift cash desks. No refund by post. For technical reasons, the company reserves the right to stop the use of hands-free cards, informing customers by way of notices and displaying terms of use at ticket counters.

SKI PASS VALIDITYSki passes whose duration is equal to or more than half a day, are strictly personal and non-transferable..Ski passes lasting several days of the season are only available if they have a recent photograph attached to them and the user may be asked to justify his or her identity.A ski pass gives the right, whilst it is valid, to free use of the ski-lifts relating to the category of ski pass it falls under (date, area of validity, age category etc…)The user should carry his or her ski-pass whenever he or she uses the ski-lifts, from the depature area to the arrival area. He or she should have it on display at all check points. All ski-passes sold during the winter of 2010/2011 are not valid after the date of closure of the ski-lifts.

SKI PASS CHECK POINTSAnyone using a ski lift which gives access to a skiable area, without a valid ski pass (date, the area it is valid for, age category etc…) will be liable to legal pursuit and/or indemnities as listed herebelow. Sworn agents will proceed with the reports relating to these breaches which, according to the case, will include :- the payment of an an all inclusive indemnity which will deter any sort of public action. This all inclusive payment is equal to five times the value of the daily ski pass relating to the ski lift network in question. (Articles L 342-15, R342-19 and R 342- 20 of the Code of Tourism) ;- legal pursuit;- beyond the all inclusive indemnity or legal pursuits mentioned hereabove, the company’s sworn agents will proceed with immediate withdrawal of any ski pass which does not correspond to its holder with the view of returning it to the rightful owner.

LOSS - DESTRUCTION - THEFTLost ski passes which are found are to be handed in to our central department on the following number : 04.50.93.11.87 In the case of the loss or theft of a pass for more than 2 days, in the event where there is sufficient documentary evidence, and on the condition that this operation prevents all fraud within the skiable area, another ski pass will be issued for the remaining period and 3 € for a replacement hands-free card and this incurs a fee of 30 € for reissuing a new season pass.

ACCIDENT-ILLNESS : Passes cannot be reimbursed if the holder has an accident or is taken ill. We advise you to check if you are insured or take out insurance when buying your ski pass

BREACH OF TRANSPORT CLAUSES In the event of disrespect of policy regarding these general conditions of sale and use, a ski pass may be withdrawn the latter having been proven and/or with the view of handing it back to their rightful holder. According to the seriousness of the comitted breach, this may give rise to an increased contractual compensation, the case arising, relating to costs of the file having to be examined or of any legal pursuits in addition to the payment of damages and interest.

METHODS OF PAYMENTPayments are to be made in euros, either by cheque drawn on a bank account opened in France, or in cash or by banker’s card, or by a holiday card voucher. A receipt or other justification of sale can be delivered upon request.

HALT IN OPERATION OF THE SKI-LIFT SERVICE In the event of a complete disruption of service of the ski-lifts for more than one half day, the holders of stop-over ski passes (with the exception of seasonal pass holders) may be offered damages in relation to the prejudice undergone. The user may benefit from the following : - either an immediate extension of the duration of validity of his or her pass;- or a one day credit to be used at the latest before the season ends ;- or by a deferred reimbursement upon the production of justifying documentation produced within two months, reimbursement having to take place within two months following receipt of these items. This compensation, calculated at the end of the stay, will be equal to the difference between the price paid by the client and the days used up by the user multiplied by the basic tariff Ski-passes for non consecutive days should be used up during the ongoing season; beyond that they cannot be used and this applies in terms of their reimbursement and their validity.

PARTIAL OPENING OF SKIABLE AREAAny eventual partial opening of the skiable area, for climatic, technical or safety reasons, and as from 1 April 2010, does not mean that damages may be sought or recovered.

PROTECTION OF DATA OF A PERSONAL NATUREAll information asked for by the S.T.B.M.A./S.E.M.J. for the issuing of a ski pass is compulsory.
