Pastured Pork Workshop At Flint and Steel Farm • Angela Ingraham, farmer/owner of Flint and Steel Farm and President of the American Guinea Hog Association, will be hosting a program featuring Michelle Fioco of Smith Road Farm. • Michelle will provide the participants with an overview of the ins and outs of small-scale pastured pork production. • Angela will have fencing displayed and will provide information on American Guinea Hogs. • Nancy Glazier, Cornell Cooperative Extension Northwest New York Dairy Livestock and Field Crops Team Small Farms Specialist will be available to answer questions on pasture health, maintenance and forage selection.
