BACKGROUNDPat is a lifelong resident of Pinellas County and has been active in the Commercial Real Estate field for over 35 years, specializing in all phases of Industrial and Office brokerage. Prior to his involvement in Commercial Real Estate, he was co-owner of a Pinellas County home building company, becoming familiar with all phases of permitting, site planning, development, and construction. This experience allows him to provide clients with a practical problem-solving approach to their business.
AREA OF EXPERTISEIn his career he has handled all aspects of general brokerage, including land acquisition and disposition, build to suit projects, investment sales and specialty niches, including schools, churches, and medical hospital properties. His corollary work has included Real State instruction at local colleges and RE boards, consulting, and providing inspection services for banks and private clients. In the past 24 years, while at Colliers, Pat has participated in over 450 transactions. His clients have included Corporate clients including Macy’s, Stroneridge, Honeywell, Graybar, AMP Inc., Safelite Glass, Terminix, MSC Supply Company, and Emcor but, as befits Tampa Bay, a major concentration is with smaller local entrepreneurial firms.
