Half Square Triangles Tutorial
- Draw a line on the backof all the light squares
Cut on the drawnLine for 2 HST
- Layer the dark and light square- Sew a ¼” seam on bothSides of the drawn line
-Trim squares to 2 ½” x 2 ½”using a square ruler witha diagonal line placed on theSeam.

- With the border on theBottom, Pin the center and borderTogether.- This allows you to seethe Point intersections- Pin at each end first
- Fold back the center to revealWhere the intersection is- Position the intersection 1/4”down from the edge.- Pin. Do for the otherintersection
- Sew the borders being sureYou sew just a fraction aboveThe point intersection
