Q.1 How many years of experience?

Actually , Experience is good to reach to your desire challenge and I am in this field since 15 years. I have started my service on 1998

Q.2 how do you take your work?

I always tack my work as challenge, all time I amtrying my best to learn something new. Every peoplehave different requirement and I have to satisfy it bytaking that challenge .

Q.3 During your long successful career, you might have faced some challenges

Yes, not only one time, many times I faced manyunexpected problems. Sometime the people who workunder me, do not work according to I said. Many timerequirement of people are suddenly change at completionof half work then it is very difficult to manage it.

q.4 which kind of work you have been done by your department.

In our department to check the health of people ,and toclean the city and to issued to license to a restaurant andhotel .

Q.5 According to you what is a job satisfaction?

Job satisfaction is very important for any personand for his life. I love to do my work and I wantto contribute my society as much as possible .

Q.6 Sir.. sometimes in your career you might have faced your juniors are not working according to your expectations, How do you make them work?

In my carrier so many time I face this problem, Thattime my junior did not work according to my order. Thattime is more critical for any leader.

Q.7Sir.. according to you, what is your contribution to organisation and how do you relate it to society?

our organization to help the people for increasing his awareness about different different inspections, And to fixed it.

Q.8 Can you give me any example of your personal experience in which you demonstrate "you can do" attitude and "overcome the fear of failure"?

There are many example but one the most experience is atlast year in our city heavy rain and every where garbage onthe road we must be clean in short terms of time . This is acritical problem to solve this chellange for me.

Q.9 What is short term vision ? And what is your long term vision?

My short term vision understand health of every people andfix it. And my long term vision is always be clean our city andto always be infection free.

please clean your city and do not throw waste any where. for better city and infection free.
