Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the
Quarter and Half
30thyear ended on September, 2019 including Notes, Statement of
Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement mentioned therein
as per India Accounting Standard (Ind-AS) and Limited Review Report
issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the said
financial results for the Quarter and Half year ended on 30th
September, 2019 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The said Standalone Unaudited Financial Results including Notes,
Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement

The· above results for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th
September, 2019 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and
approved by the Board Directors In their respective meetings held
on 9th November, 2019.
Th.e Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out 11
"Limited Review" of the above Results as per Regulotion 33 of SEBI
(Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015.
As the Company has only one reportable segment i.e. Engineering,
the disclosure requirements under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing
Obligatios & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and In
terms of Ind AS-lOS on "Segment Reporting" are not applicable.
These results have been prepared In accordance with the
provisions of Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the
Companies ( Indian Accounting I Standards) Rules,2015 (Ind AS) as
amended from time to time.
Previous year's/period's figures have been regrouped/rearranged
wherever necessary.
The Company elected to exercise the option permited under
section 115BAA of The Income-tax Act, 1961 as introduced by
Taxation Laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019. Accordingly, the Company
has recognised Provision for Income tax for the quarter and six
months ended 30th September,2019, and remeasured its dererred tax
assets/liabilities basis the rates prescribed in the said
section.

(India) limited pursuant to the Regulation 33 of SEBI ( listing
Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015
To The Soard of Directors of PATELS AIRTEMP (INDIA) LIMITED
. 1. We have reviewed the accompanying statement of unaudited
standalone financial results of PATELS
AIRTEMP (INDIA) LIMITED (the "Company") fo~ the quarter and six
months period ended September
30, 2019 being submitted by the Company pursuant to the
requirements of Regulation 33 of the SESI
(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations,.201S, as amended. Attention is drawn
to the fact that the statement of cash flows for the
corresponding period from April 01, 2018 to
September 30, 2018, as reported in these unaudited standalone
financial results have been
approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, but have not
been subjected to review.
2. This statement which is the responsibility of the Company's
management and has been approved by the
Soard of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the
recognition and measurement principles
laid down in the Indian Accounting Standard 34 "Interim
Financial · Reporting", as prescribed under
Section 133 of the Companies Act,2013 read with relevant rules
issued thereunder and other accounting
principles generally accepted in India. Our responsibility is to
issue a report on the statement based on
our review.
3. We conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on
Review Engagements (SRE) 2410,"Review
of Interim Financial Informati.on Performed by Hie Independent
Auditor of the Entity", issued by the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This standard
requir.es that we plan and perform the review
to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the statement is free
from material misstatement. A review
is limited primarily to inquiries of company personnel and
analytical procedures applied to financial data
and thus provides less assurance than an audit. We have not
performed an audit and accordingly, we do
not express an audit opinion.
4. Sased on our review conducted as stated above nothing has
come to our attention that causes us to
believe that the accompanying statement, prepared in accordance
with recognition and measurement
principles laid down in the applicable Indian Accounting
Standards prescribed under Section133 of the
Companies Act,2013,read with relevant rules issued there under
and other recognized accounting
practices and policies, has not disclosed the inform.ation
required to be disclosed in terms of
Regulation33 of the SESI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with
SESI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 5, 2016,
including the manner in which it is to be
disclosed, or that it contains any material misstatement.
