    XOXO,

    Amy Dunn, Executive Director

    Love is in

the Air! You gotta have heart...and we do! Wehave a four-chambered organ thatpumps blood through our bodies. We

think of our hearts as the center of

personality, intuition or feeling. "In your

over it when we pledge allegiance to the

seems to be used more frequently in

    overcoming cardiac challenges and

discussions about the need to change

eating habits to something more "heart-

healthy." But, let’s “get to the heart” of

    this conversation…and ”follow your

    heart”!

    Path to Well-Being

February is the month of love, and we are seeing plenty of it here with our

many couples who are married or soon-to-be married! Here at the

Fountains, we enjoy seeing Residents make new friends, and LOVE seeing
