At Camp Tusker, we have separate toilets andwash rooms.
Dining at Camp
• In spite of the location, Camp Tusker provides fresh, nutritious, kid-friendly meals!
• An ex-Taj resort manager is in charge of our F& B services and we give top priority to hygiene while preparing the food.
• It is generally a combination of Indian, Continental and Chinese food. Fruit and vegetables are obtained locally. The water in the dining area is boiled and filtered.
• All the meals are served in buffet -style in our large dining hall.

Zip Line

The exciting Zip lining entails zipping 400 m across the Ganges and 65 m above the river.
The Zip line is a joint venture between Snow Leopard Adventures
and a British Company – Flying Fox.

• Depart from the school in coaches at 0500 hrs and reach Camp at 1300 hrs.
• B/fast en route.
• On arrival Camp orientation & Allotment of tents and Lunch.
• Post Lunch, group will be divided into 2 teams.
Team A : Cycling in the buffer zone of the Rajaji National ParkTeam B : Children’s Home Visit
• Return back to camp.
• Dinner & Overnight in Safari tents.

• Early morning wake up call.
• Post breakfast, we drive to Camp Panther for the days activities.
• Divide the group into 2 teams.
Team A : Zip Line
Team B : Wall Climbing
• Lunch at Camp Panther.
• Post lunch, swap activities.
• Drive back to Camp Tusker.
• Dinner & Overnight in Safari tents.

• Wake up call followed by breakfast.
• Post breakfast, board the awaiting coaches and drive back to school
• Packed lunch will be provided.
• Reach School by evening.

• 125-member team of rafters, kayakers, climbers, naturalists and support staff
• Instructors -Technically qualified, First Aid & CPR Trained.

The nearest hospital from the Camp is 16 km away and we have a vehicle on stand by for any emergency. We also have a doctor on call.

What to bring along
• T-shirts/ Shirts – Long Sleeves• Light weight long trousers• Light jacket / Sweat shirt • Easy dry T-shirt & lowers for rafting/ water activities.• A knapsack/daypack to carry what you may need for the day, like water bottle, camera,
rain gear, packed lunch etc.• 2 pairs of shoes (Not new. One can be a trekking shoes). • Sun glasses, cap, sun block.• Retainers for spectacles/ sun glasses• Camera with extra batteries• Flashlight with extra batteries & bulb (Best suitable – LED head lamp).• Personal Toiletries & medical kit• All things to be packed in a lockable rucksack or duffel bag. • YOUR SENSE OF HUMOUR!
