What does the $70.00 cover? Your dues help to pay for monthly utilities, lawn maintenance, and maintenance and repairs of all entrances. In 2018, we were able to pay for the following projects: Painting of all exterior walls. A total of $7000.00 Larger Signs at 19 th Street, Tampa Rd., and Belcher Rd. $4000.00 Ongoing sprinkler repairs/replacement Replacement mulch at entrances Trimming of trees around community walls Necessary attorney fees for Association Community social events Don’t have a stamp? No worries, you can drop your dues off in the mailbox at 2079 Kingfisher, or email us and we will arrange to have someone pick it up at your residence! 2019 Maintenance Goals Our first goal for 2019 is to repair and update the lights at our entrances. Our dark entrances create an unsafe entry when driving into our community. Each entrance has a side with no electricity and we also need to install commercial grade solar lights. What projects would you like to see to improve our community? Email us your suggestions with “Projects” in the subject line.
