Registration takes place by priority appointment prior to start of term, and by add permit once term begins.
Once you register for classes, fees are due and payable.
A fee hold is placed until you pay your fees.
You are not dropped for failure to pay fees.

PEOPLESOFT – STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
Registration in PeopleSoft begins May 15, 2017 for Priority Group 1.
Priority Group 2 registration begins May 22, 2017.
Students who lose Group 2 priority register on or after June 9, 2017.

IF COURSE YOU WANT IS FULL – YOU MAY ADD YOURSELF TO A WAITLIST.
ONCE A STUDENT IS DROPPED FOR ANY REASON – THE STUDENTS ON THE WAITLIST FILL IN THE OPEN SEATS.

DROPPED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
FAILURE TO PAY FEES
FAILURE TO APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID
FAILURE TO APPLY FOR THE BOG
YOU MAY RE-ENROLL: YOU WILL HAVE 48
HOURS FROM THE DATE OF ENROLLMENT TO PAY.
YOU MUST BE APPROVED FOR A BOG, OR HAVE SUFFICIENT ANTICIPATED AID TO COVER YOUR FEES TO AVOID BEING DROPPED.
NEW BOG ELIGIBILITY
YOU WILL LOSE YOUR ELIGIBILITY IF YOU ARE ON PROBATION FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE TERMS.
YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY STUDENT EMAIL.
IF YOU LOSE YOUR ELIGIBILITY, YOU MAY SUBMIT AN APPEAL.
IF YOUR APPEAL IS DENIED, YOU MUST PAY OUT OF YOUR POCKET.

You will not be dropped from course(s) if you:1. Are approved and awarded a Board of
Governors Fee Waiver (BOGW);2. Have anticipated financial aid sufficient to
cover all your fees;3. Are sponsored by another government agency
and the College Business Office has received confirmation of the anticipated aid that payment is pending.
4. Have a college-approved Payment Plan Contract.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: • Pay all fees not covered by the payment plan in-person at
the time payment plan is approved. • Be enrolled in the current term. • You do not have a past due balance for any prior term.• You have not already paid your Enrollment or Out-of-State
tuition fee.• You have not been awarded Financial Aid: • You should not apply for a Payment Plan if you have been
approved for a Board of Governors Fee Waiver (BOGW), accepted a financial aid award or your financial aid file is complete and you are awaiting your award notification.

Payment Plans are NOT available for International F1 Visa students or for short-term second 8-week sessions only or Winter or/and
Summer term.

• If a student fails to pay any installment in full by the due date, the student understands that he/she will be subject to the following:
• All future payment plan applications will be denied;• All services from the LACCD, including provision of
academic transcripts, denied;• Students loan referred to a collection agency;• Delinquency reported to a credit bureau, and;• Interception of future state tax refunds (State of California
Chancellor’s Office Tax Offset Program (COTOP). LATE PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION:
A hold will be applied to your student account disallowing transcript requests and future registration.
