corresponds to a specific quality concern and root cause. If the same part number is involved with a different System Root Cause then it is
placed on a separate line item.
Chrysler Part Description is entered here, such as WK Laredo Rear Fascia – Stone White

Enter in either the Chrysler Plant Name, such as Jefferson North, or the Plant Code, such as 4012. If two or more Plants were involved enter all affected Plants into this column.
System Root Cause(s)This information is found on the red tab called “ Input Chart Data for Analysis”. Use only the eight causes listed in the middle ring of the Chrysler Circle of Success:

Place the number of NCT tickets for the part number listed into the corresponding month(s).
Legend of Color Codes Each corresponding month for each item listed needs to have a color code. Red is for the month for which the quality concern was entered into the NCT System.Yellow is for an NCT if it is in Dispute Status. This can change either to red or green pending Dispute outcome.Green is for months with no quality concerns regarding the part listed in the item column
• Note – Only Closed Status NCT’s areapplicable to this chart!
