Payment
Staff and Student Paid twice a month on
the 7th and the 22nd. Must fill an electronic
time sheet thru Web Time Entry in order to get paid
Electronic Time sheets are due according to the Payroll Calendar
Payroll Calendar is located on the website.
Faculty and Administration
Paid once a month on the last business day of the month
Leave Requests-Administrators
All leave requests for Administrators must be submitted to the Payroll Office 5 business days prior to the pay date.
Leave balances are located at the bottom of your payroll advice.
Leave requests can be submitted in advance to the Payroll Department

When will I get my W-2 form?• W-2’s are mailed on or before January
31st of the following year.
Can I get a copy of a previous year W-2?
• You need to come by the Payroll Office personally to pick it up.
• We can only print two years prior to the current year.
Can I change my W-4 form?• You will need to come by the payroll
office to change the form.

Can I change my Direct Deposit Authorization?
• You will need to come to the Payroll Office and change the form.
• Once this is done, the new authorization will go into effect.
• You can have up to three designated financial institutions for your direct deposit.

Where do I change my mailing address that is on my check?
• Human Resources.
I did not get a time sheet. Where do I go?
• You need to contact your supervisor
