PCARSS – Reset Schedule in A Status to S Status

Click Cases and then Insert.

Enter a DoDaac and a dummy

case number then click OK.

Enter Case Type and Agency

Department and click Save.

Click the Schedule tab.

PCARSS – Reset Schedule in A Status to S Status

Click Add Schedule button.

Select schedule from drop down

list then click OK.

Click the Remove Schedule

button and click yes.

Click the Black X (Delete) button

on the toolbar and click yes

to delete the dummy case.

PCARSS – Reset Referral in A Status to S Status

Prime PLCO - Click Referrals

and select the referral from

the workload screen then

click OK.

Click the Schedule tab.

Click the Remove Schedule

button and click Yes.

PCARSS – Reset Referral in A Status to S Status

Click Add Schedule button.

Select schedule from the

dropdown list and click OK.

Click the Referral tab.

Click Establish Referral button

and then click Yes.

PCARSS – Options - User Default

Initial Screen -

Click the radio button next to

the option you want PCARSS

to open to when you logon.

Click Save.

Inventory Schedules –

Enter information in fields you

want to default on every

inventory schedule.

Click Save.

PCARSS – Options - User Default

Requisitions -

Enter the information in fields

you want to default on every

requisition.

Click Save.

Remarks –

Enter information you want to

default to remarks blocks on

the IDR, SF1423 and/or DD

1640.

Click Save.

PCARSS – Add New CAGE Code

Click Options then CAGE Code

Maintenance.

Click Insert and enter new

CAGE Code.

Click OK.

Enter address information for

new CAGE.

Click Save.

PCARSS – Update Existing CAGE Code

Click Options then CAGE Code

Maintenance.

Click Search and enter CAGE

Code.

Click OK.

Enter updated name and/or

address information for

CAGE.

Click Save.

PCARSS – Options – Key Field Maintenance

Click Options then Key Field Maintenance to change Schedule Reference #, Referral #, Case #, Requisition # and/or Sale #.

Enter existing number and then enter new number. To change reference # you must also enter the CAGE followed by a dash.

Click Save.

PCARSS – PLCO Logon to Web Applications

Go to PCARSS Website – http://www.pcarss.dcma.mil/pcarss/.

Enter your PLCO logon and password and click OK.

Click the radio button for either Contractor or Screener. For Contractor access, select contractor’s CAGE Code from dropdown list. For Screener access, select DoDaac from dropdown list.

Click Save.
