RETURN POLICY: Return item(s) will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA-#)Pleasecontact customer service to obtain this number. Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. If a freight collectshipment is refused, we will invoice you for all freight charges that are incurred. All returns must be madewithin 30 days of invoicing and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All special orders are non-returnable.Any returns as a result of our error are exempt from any restocking & freight charge but still require an RA#.
BACK ORDERS: Orders are normally shipped within 24-hours of placement. On occasion however, a prod-uct may be temporarily out of stock. If we ship your order incomplete, we will place the out of stock item onback order and ship it when we receive it. You will be notified of back orders and at that point will be able todecide to wait or receive a substitute item. General Characteristics: Simulated Plastisol Ink
DESCRIPTION: RB Textile Inks are rubber based, water bornePVC Free inks that simulate Plastisol inks in hand and opacity.They are tough, high performance printing inks that can be usedfor coating or screen printing on textiles and also on substratessuch as wood, plastic, metal, concrete, paper, rubber and leather.It produces a flexible, glossy, high opacity coating. They clean upand can be thinned with plain water.
APPLICATIONS: General purpose textile screen printing.Works very well for athletic garment printing providing an incred-ible stretch and bonding characteristics. Unlike standard waterbase screen print inks, these inks lay on the surface providing aplastisol look and feel. Printing on dark fabrics results in goodopacity and true color brilliance. Screen open time is very good.
FEATURES: Available in 39 bright, opaque standard colors. AnRBX Color Matching System is also available with 16 base andcolor components. These inks are PVC Free and meet or exceedCalifornia standards (certifiable). They have long open times inthe screen and exhibit a creamy, smooth print ability. Cleans upwith plain water.
PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS:MESH: 110 to 200 tpi monofilament
STENCIL: A water resistant emulsion or film is required as wellas water resist blockout.
CURING: These inks will air dry to a full cure within 24 hoursmaking them suitable for many substrates that cannot endure hightemp curing. They will dry to the touch without heat in about 45minutes. If heat curing is desired we recommend 3000F for 45-90seconds or 2000F for 1-2 minutes.
CLEAN-UP: Clean up using water. CAUTION! This is a dryproduct! It will dry in the screen if left unattended. Alwaysflood the screen to minimize drying in and keep at least one pint ofink on the screen at all times.*See MSDS for safety instructions

RUTLAND PVC-FREE WATER-BASED INK SYSTEM
Rutland, in an effort to provide the industry with an environmentally friendly printing solution,has developed one of the best color matching water-based systems offered in today’s market.
WB-99 PVC FREE WATER-BASE PIGMENT MIXING SYSTEMWB-99 is a high performance PVC Free Pigment mixing system for 100% cotton lightfabrics or dark fabrics when using the discharge process. This mixing system allowsthe printer to mix thousands of colors using formulas from the M2007 Ink Mixingsoftware. WB-99 Pigments are vibrant to give the most brilliant color matches. Whencombined with the WB0249 General Purpose Base, prints with extremely soft feel at alow cost on white fabrics. WB0249 General Purpose Base requires longer cure times,up to 3 minutes depending on your dryer configuration. Combine with the WB0248Quick Cure Base for faster production demands when printing on 100% cotton lights.Combine with WE0255 Discharge Base and activate with WB0259 Discharge Agent toprint on 100% cotton darks.
WB0248 QUICK CURE BASEThis base is to be used with WB-99 pigments. Mix pigments at up to 10% by weightto create colors.
WB0249 GENERAL PURPOSE BASEWB0249 base is used with WB-99 pigments. Mix pigments at up to 10% by weightto create colors. General Purpose Base will not cure as quickly as the Quick CureBase, so take this into account when adding WB-99 PS pigments. Any mixture madeusing the General Purpose Base should be tested prior to production. WB0249 Gen-eral Purpose Base is less expensive than the other bases.
WB0255 DISCHARGE BASEDischarge base is used with pigments. Mix pigments at up to 10% by weight to createdischargeable colors. Test all color mixes for suitability piror to mixing productionquantities. User must add 3% to 6% by weight of WB0259 Discharge Agent to acti-vate this base. Only activate enough product to run 3 to 4 hours. The additive shouldbe mixed into the base with a high speed drill or homogenizer.
WB9067 DISCHARGE WHITE PLUSDischarge White Plus is used as an underlay or stand alone white to enhance thebrilliance of colors where garments are not completely discharging. User must add3% to 6% by weight of WB0259 Discharge Agent to activate the white. Only activateenough product to run 3 to 4 hours. The additive should be mixed into the base witha high speed drill and or a homogenizer.

WB0256 LOW CROCK BINDERThis may be added to heavily saturated colors to improve Crock resistance. WB-99will normally pass industry Crock test standards as is. Add up to 10%by weight of the Low Crock Binder to improve pigment crock test results.
WB0257 PENETRANTWB0257 is added to WB-99 inks at up to 5% by weight to provide better penetrationinto certain fabrics thereby giving a softer feel.
WB0258 LUBRICANTAdd WB0258 at up to 5% by weight to provide more open time of the wet ink toprevent drying in the screens.
WB0510 THICKENERUsed at 1/2 to 1% by weight to increase viscosity of WB-99 ink. This would lead toan increase in opacity, but will increase the hand of the print.
WB0277 JB SOFT CRACK NATURALWB0277 creates a soft cracked vintage look on 100% cotton light or dark fabrics.Mix up to 30% WB99 PS pigments by weight to create colors. WB0277 must becured properly to achieve the cracked vintage look.

UV Monoplak(Multiplak)
Who will use it?
UV screen printers who want a Multipurpose ink with excellent adhesion on a variety and hard-to-adheresubstrates, such as for POP, loose leaf, and promotional products, etc.
Printers interested in t he quality results provided by the Thixotropic properties of t his ink.
Substrates:
Monoplak can be used on the following substrates, among others:
styrene / coated paper/ coated board / HDPE flat sheets / print treated polyester /
polystyrene / ABS / some coated metal / PSA films / rigid PVC / some acrylics/
certain p olypropylenes, including treated fluted polypropylene (such as Coroplast™) / top surface polycarbonates / topsurface print-treated polyesters
Monoplak can work on other substrates. In all cases, printers must test the ink to ensure it meets the end user’srequirements.
Do not use Monoplak on materials with low dy ne surface tension. Do not use Monoplak on mat erials such as vinylthat contain a high level of plasticizer.
Appearance:
Standard colors have a gloss finish. Process colors are available in gloss or matt e finish.
How to use it:
Monoplak is a ready-to-print, NVP-free, and RoHS compliant ink with excellent intercoat adhesion when printingmultilayer Dubuit inks. This ink can be used without additives. Monoplak does not require any additives for printingon corona treated polyolefins and treated fluted polypropylene, such Coroplast™ type substrates.
Monoplak has not been formulated for extended outdoor exposure. Contact Dubuit if you need extended outdoorexposure.
Monoplak has been formulated to prevent blocking.
Printing:
Mesh: 355 to 420 mesh with a high tension screen is best.
Cure: A UV lamp with a minimum of 100 mj is required. Curing will vary according to ink film thickness and otherprinting variables. The addition of clear in the ink will improve curing but will also affect other factors . Propermaintenance of the curing unit is critical.
Stencil: Direct or capillary film emulsions compatible with UV ink are required. Check with your emulsion supplier.
Squeegee: 70 - 90 durometer poly urethane squeegee with a sharp edge. Multi durometer blades work fine.
Opacity:In certain cases, the addit ion of 3 to 5% white can provide increased opacity for a specific color withoutaffecting the appearance of the color.
Additives: This ink is ready to use, however the viscosity can be adjusted by adding no more than 10% of NVP-freeMPG thinner from Dubuit.
Cleaning: Dubuit offers a UV cleaning product; however if you use anot her product, please check for compatibility.
17Storage: Monoplak must be stored in a dry, dark, well-ventilated area (if p ossible between 50 and 86 degrees F). Inkshould not be contaminated, and ink from t he press should not be returned t o the original container.
Packaging: Standard packaging: 1 quart, 1 gallon, 5 gallons. Other packaging, such as drums, available upon request.
Colors: Based on Monoplak series 700. All Monoplak colors are intermixable.

CAUTION: The gun builds up considerable pressure. Never point the gun at yourself or other persons, as this may cause injury.The Mystic Cleaning Gun is preset at the factory and adjustments are generally not required.
Remove the container, fi l l with fluid (about 2/3 full) and replace. Plug gun into a 11OV 60Hz outlet. Depress switch for 15- 20 seconds to prime pump. Spray fluidonto scrap fabric to remove oil fi lm from internal pump parts. MYSTIC Spray gun is now ready for use.

Approximate settingfor maximum pressure for texti le or screen cleaning is at a point where 1/ 8" clearance is visible between rear of air intake and forward extremity of housing (#1 ).The set screw (#24) on the left- hand side of the barrel must be removed BEFORE attempting to move the ADJUSTING ROLLER.
2) VOLUME CONTROL KNOB AT REAR OF GUN controls the volume of fluid dispensed. For texti le cleaning, turn button as far left as possible; then, back to right 1/2 to 1 revolution. Once adjustments are made to satisfactory pressure and volume setting; it is not generally necessary to change them.
TROUBLE SHOOTING MINOR MECHANICAL PROBLEMSSome of the cleaning guns returned for repairs are found to be out of adjustment at the adjustable roller or volume control; or, have simply had minor mechanicaldifficulties which could have been easily taken care of by plant electricians. Some troubleshooting problems and causes are listed below:1) FLUID LEAKAGEIt is necessary that all parts, particularly the nozzle head, be tight to prevent fluid working its way through the screws threads. Cleaning should also be done at anangle no greater than 45o to prevent leakage from the air hole at the top of the gun. Leakage will also occur at the screw threads of the container cup if it is ti ltedforward for an extended period.2) LACK OF PRESSUREThe primary cause of lack of pressure occurs when the suction tube set screw, and nozzle head are not tight and the unit is sucking air. Blockage in the pump unitor nozzle and weak/damaged springs in the pump assembly are also a cause of low pressure. A lack of pressure will also occur when the primer is lost due toexcessive ti lting of the gun.3) OPERATION WITHOUT FLUIDIt is highly recommended that this unit not be operated empty since undue wear and strain is caused on all working parts. Continued use of an empty gun wiIl surelycause breakage of parts and needless repairs.4) LUBRICATIONThe gun should not be over -lubricated. One or two drops of l ight machine oil used daily is sufficient to keep the pump unit in working condition. For storage ordiscontinued use, it is recommended that a l ight machine oil be pumped through the gun in the same manner as cleaning fluids for a period of 2 to 3 seconds. Forstart- up, cleaning fluid should be run through the unit prior to putting it into operation so that any oily fi lms might be pumped through the unit and flushed out.
REPAIR PARTS AND MAJOR GUN REPAIRSNormally, any repairs which are needed to the guns are minor in nature and we suggest that they be examined by the company electrician for apparent minormalfunctions. This inspection will probably involve disassembly of the pump unit and perhaps removal of the housing cover for examination. In practically all cases,these minor repairs can be made quickly without significant loss of time from operation. Should there be obviously damaged parts which must be replaced, saidparts should be ordered from AMERICAN NIAGARA directly by number taken from the parts l ist supplied in the instruction sheet. Use only parts manufactured forand distributed by AMERICAN NIAGARA.
