Enable motor insurers to speed up settlement of claims and reduce legal and administration expenses
Disadvantage of the “Knock-For-Knock” Agreement
Withdrawal of policyholder’s NCD upon settlement of any claim
Normally, the policyholder will claim against the negligent motorist’s insurer and thereby retain his NCD
