We have Exclusive payment plan of 10:80:10. Clients have to pay Rs. 1 Lakh as a token amount at time of booking with his all supporting document for loan. As 80% loan get approved from bank so within 30 days of booking client have to pay 10% of the booking amount. Rest interest part of 80% loan which is called (Pre EMI)* will we pay by Amaatra Group. And in case client loan file doesn’t get approved his Token amount will be refunded & 10% pay at the time of possession. Rate will be Rs 150 plus from the CLP Plan.
