The thriving South Cambridgeshire village of
Balsham is set in undulating countryside some
10 miles to the south east of the University City
of Cambridge.
Being close to the A11 the village is ideally located
for access to Cambridge and the M11 (junction 9)
which then provides direct access to Stansted
Airport, the M25 (junction 27) and East London.
Train stations can be found at Whittlesford
Parkway and Audley End for main line rail services

teams as well as a bowling green.
The Balsham Feast is a very popular local summer
fair with food stalls, games, shows and live music.
Additional education facilities for all ages are
provided for in the surrounding area, including
Linton Village College. Extensive shopping and
leisure opportunities are available in Cambridge
and the surrounding towns of Saffron Walden,
Newmarket and Haverhill which are all within
easy reach.
