Ground floor entrance, parking bays and rear pavedcourtyard, allows retail or mixed-uses as alternativestreet frontages.
A first and upper residential floors, in a three storeydevelopment balances openness and privacy towardsadjoining paved courtyards.
A developed roof terrace combines high insulation, withsoft and hard landscape.
A sheltered openness three storeys above courtyard level,offers an outlook and social 'eyrie' under parapet walls.

Peartree Terrace : General layout of a bay with and without dim lines on a 3m grid. Floor to ceiling heights share a 3m grid. The typology of a paired stair layout repeats as shown. Options for alternative 'homestead' layouts are dotted.
