PEER EDUCATION AMONG TEACHERS

COOPERATIVE LEARNING & PEER EDUCATIONThe work online is based on cooperative learning and peer

education among teachers. During the blended course they work together around concrete tasks, experimentation to do in class, discussions within the group and production of group outputs.

COACHING / TUTORINGA coach / tutor is leading the class but he / she is a teacher,

still working in school. The coach has a role of scaffolding, so the group should be able to self-organise the scheduling of the activities and the role of each participants

TOOLSThe online environment offers communication tools (i.e. forum,

chat, teleconferencing), information tools (noteboard, news section, calendar) and cooperative knowledge construction tools (wiki, blog)
