OF MARSHAL SANDERS TO HAVE THREE WATCHES After considering the matter at its regular meeting the Board of Public Safety in special session last night granted the recommendation of Mar- shal Sanders for eighthour police watches thus making three watches- for each day the present force which was Increased by the recent ap ¬ propriation of the council to be di- vided ¬ into three squads This be ¬
