Introduction to DSW

Formed in 1999 and working exclusively within the financial services and insurance sectors, DSW is an innovative management and training consultancy, delivering services of outstanding quality through a core team of in house experts and our talent pool of highly skilled and motivated associates.

During each of the last three years we have delivered over 12,000 days of consultancy and training services.

We are widely considered as learning and development experts and have established mature relationships with all of the professional awarding bodies and many blue chip financial services organisations.

Of particular note is our relationship with the CII. We are proud and privileged to be a training partner of the Institute, delivering its scheduled programme of face-to-face Financial Services and General Insurance revision and training courses. Alongside this DSW authored and is subsequently delivering the CII’s Conduct Risk Programme.

Informed by our close contact with the regulatory bodies, our extensive knowledge of the current and impending regulatory framework assures you of a partner that understands the business climate in which you operate and the challenges faced in treating customers fairly.

We are aware that regulatory changes have become the norm in our industry and fully anticipate that the pace of change is likely to accelerate in the coming years.
