Party size and composition
• 36 students • 5 adults• Total party size 41• Most of the party are
beginner skiers
Transport A modern, comfortable coach with:
•Reclining seats•DVD player•Toilet•Seat belts•Suitable for winter conditions: snow chains and winter servicing •Ferry Dover- Calais or possibly shuttle
Journey• About 24hrs door to door
• Evening Eurotunnel/Ferry crossing
• Several stops for toilets and driver change
• Breakfast stop usually in Germany
• Arrive in resort midday the following day (Saturday).
• The first meal in the hotel will be in the evening.

Luggage
• 1 medium sized holdall or soft suitcase
• 1 piece of hand luggage for journey
Money & other essential documents
• Suggested amount 150 Euros. Some sterling for the U.K part of the journey.
• Money can be collected by staff on arrival in Austria and distributed daily.
• Pack most of the money in suitcase and keep out enough money for the journey
• Passport
• European travel insurance card. This is free and can be ordered online www.dh.gov.uk
