COED SOFTBALL 2016 is just around the corner! Most of our games will

be played on Monday evenings (at Max-

well Road Church of God), starting the first

week in May. We’ll have a couple of prac-

tices in the next two weeks. Please let Steve

Vance (370-5920) or Pete Anderton (634-

1820) know if you’re interested in playing so

we can get you practice and game

schedules.

RACE FOR THE CURE . Saturday, May 7

Peoria First opens it’s doors for race partici-

pants to get a much needed drink of water

and the use of our restrooms on that morn-

ing! We’ve done this for many years and

are always in need of volunteers to help set

up tables and pour cups of water and pass

them out. Also needed are greeters to our

facility and for clean-up. It’s usually all over with by 9-9:30 am. Come

be a part of this exciting event!

LISTENING DEVICES If you have trouble hearing the message at times,

we do have listening devices available for use. Please check in with

the sound booth to let them know you would like to use one.

BLOOD DRIVE at Peoria First on Friday, June 10 in memory of Tyler Brad-

street (infant son of Bob & Amanda and grandson of Sue Roper). Make

your appointment to give the gift of life. More details later, but mark

your calendar and SAVE THE DATE!

CAMP 2016 IS APPROACHING!

Kids currently in 2nd - 6th grades are eligible to attend Kids & Pre-Teen

Camp, which is July 5-8. Kids currently in 7th - 12th grades are eligible

to attend Teen Camp, which is June 26 - 30.

Both camps are held at Lake Williamson Christian Campground in Car-

linville, Illinois. We are also in need of counselors to attend the camp.

For more information or to register your

child, see Anne Whalen.
