THE LAST WORD ldquoRemember therersquos no such thing as a small act of kindness
Every act creates a ripple with no logical endrdquo mdash Scott Adams
Being kind to others is the nicest thing we can do for ourselves and the best lesson you can teach your children
Have you ever helped a stranger pick up something they have dropped or let a person go ahead of you in line You probably walked away from the incident with a smile on your face and gladness in your heart The stranger also walked away and felt good about the encounter
Have you ever seen the commercial where someone notices a good deed Then they do a good deed themselves which is noticed by someone else who does another good deed for another stranger And so on and so on
Kindness is contagious I hope you all catch it mdash from Optima EAP
