We have never met anyone with his credentials, mastery of the subject and infinite sense of caring and can-do attitude. The stress level as it relates to school work has gone way down in our home since he began tutoring our daughter. We only wish we had met him years sooner.” Medfield High School Parent “800 - we thought that sort of score was something unattainable - something that only a few gifted students achieved. And now our son (who we love dearly but never considered to be a particularly gifted math student) has brought home 800's twice - once on the SAT and once on the SAT II. We attribute so much of this achievement to George. He restructured fundamentals and taught our son to enjoy math once again. George consistently challenged and pushed - but never too much. He displayed patience and a wonderful gift for explaining things. As our son told us, George not only works through problems but teaches how everything evolved and why everything is what it is. We couldn't ask for a better teacher. We really don't have enough adjectives to describe George's teaching ability. He is absolutely the best teacher that we have ever seen!!! George taught me to think differently and to approach math problems in creative ways. George pushed me to be the best student I could be, but never pushed me in a way that was counterproductive. wasn't sure how this was all going to play out. I owe a huge thanks to George for all he's done for my son. I am so glad I made the call.” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “George, many, many thanks for all your hard work with our son. You were the only outside tutor we used that truly put your heart and soul into his success - from identifying weak areas to intensively reinforcing all areas. His results speak volumes about how you opened up his understanding of math (and helped jack his score up to a very competitive level). Personally, your commitment and steadfast resolve towards his SAT results was remarkable.” (740 SAT Math) St. Sebastian’s School Parent “George tutored our daughter for almost a year. He is a one of a kind teacher because he is so good as what he does. Our daughter said that George was able to teach her math concepts in such a way that she really understood the topics. Prior to George she was able to get through Algebra and Geometry courses with good grades but without understanding the material. George is very dedicated, very enthusiastic and really knows how to teach for understanding. He is also patient and positive and was good for my daughter's confidence. She liked him very much which is always important too. I am not a fan of today's highly pressured academic rat race, and I believe children are suffering mentally and physically. However, having a good tutor can really help certain students to succeed rather than just stumble through.” Walnut Hill School Parent, U.S. exchange student, online tutoring, Viterbo, Italy “Working with George has been great and I really look at my classes in school in a different way. I know that I can rely on George to go that extra mile to make sure I really understand what I'm learning, and that makes school much more manageable.” Belmont Hill School student, Belmont, MA “When I first met George, he gave me a diagnostic practice SAT math, and I scored a 530 on the SAT. Now, I can hit 800's with time to spare. George has taught me new math topics, but he has mainly taught me how to think. He has shown me that each math problem can relate to the other, so you can solve each problems in a myriad of ways. We have sat down together and searched for new ways to solve the most difficult problems. It is almost like George unlocked something in my brain that now allows me to see all of the different solutions to each problem. Once I see all the possibilities, I can choose the most efficient and safe solution which now allows me to score 800's.” Westwood High School Student “I love working with George. He is so intelligent and can explain concepts in so many ways that it is easy for me to understand. What I appreciated the most is how supportive he is. He makes me feel that I can achieve anything!” Newton Country Day School Student “The SAT Subject Test for Math Level 2C is not like the normal SAT math section. The normal SAT math section has easy math that really just tests one's problem solving skills. On the Math Level IIC test, both one's math skills and problem solving skills are tested with more rigor. George taught me how to link all the topics I needed for the test and more to allow me to see many different methods of solving each problem. On top of that, he taught me how to pick the most efficient and accurate method so I would have plenty of time to spare to check my answers of at the end of the test. Because he taught me how to connect so many topics, sometimes solving one problem a certain

way would reveal the solution for another problem on the practice tests. On the practice tests I was able to score very high with ample time left, and on the actual test I scored a 780.” Westwood High School Student (780 Math IIC Subject Test) “I cannot express my gratitude to George who is devoted to my son's education. George ensures that the time spent is productive. My son's experience has been excellent, and the results were exceptional. George is not only the best math teacher for my son but also a mentor who helps him open new doors for the future.” Westwood High School Parent “In preparation for high school, I asked George to find and patch the holes that we knew existed in my daughter’s math knowledge. Although my daughter has been an A student in math, it was apparent to me that she was getting by without really understanding the logic and meaning behind what she was doing in math. Because of this mechanics, memorization based approach to math, she found the subject to be her least favorite. George promised that he would find the holes in her knowledge and would then equip her with a deeper, more functional way of attacking math problems. In only a few sessions, the change in my daughter was evident. Her test grades improved, but most importantly, so did her confidence and creativity in finding solutions to math problems. My daughter happily sits through her sessions with George and is 100% engaged and happy. George is brilliant, thoughtful and kind and really understands how to work with kids. I feel that George is fully invested in my daughter's success. I wish that all teachers were as wonderful and George!” Newton Country Day School Parent, Weston, MA “George is the best tutor that our family has ever used. No one else is even close. He quickly identified my son's strengths and weaknesses, and then set about in an orderly, sensible and strategic way to fix the weaknesses. There was a purpose to every problem set or test that he assigned. George customized his approach to the individual child which in turn created 'buy-in' from my son, who realized that he was not going to be assigned busy work, but focused problems designed to address areas that needed work. Bottom line my son got a 55 on the PSAT math and eight months later, with George's help, got a 770 on the SAT math.” Noble and Greenough School Parent “Before I met George, math was just another subject to painfully struggle through in order to achieve passable results. Once he and I began working together, it opened my mind to the possibilities that I could have with the joy of math. As my ACT math tutor, George made me realize how important a good work ethic, fun spirit, and a willingness to learn can create a love for something that I never thought I would've enjoyed. Now I can say that I am confident and happy in doing math not only for the sake of learning something new every day, but also because George showed me how to take pride in something that I can do.” Dover Sherborn High School Student “George has been working with my son for the school year and his Math grade has moved up by a full grade. More importantly, he now has a solid understanding of Algebra as he moves on to High School. My son's confidence level has soared too. George knows what is important and he makes the experience fun as well.” St. Sebastian’s School Parent, Wellesley, MA

“Thanks to George I am getting an A in honors pre-calculus. Not only am I understanding the material fully, I find myself thinking outside the curriculum and trying to learn more advanced math. Only George could have taught me this high a level of math, and he is currently preparing me for advanced placement BC calculus. I am 100% confident George will help me conquer that class too.” Westwood High School Student (800 SAT Math, 800 SAT Math IIC, 36 ACT) “It's a privilege to have Dr. George tutor you.” Dover Sherborn High School Student (800 SAT Math) “I have had many math teachers in the past, but I have never had a math teacher like George. George is the best math teacher I have ever had; no other teacher I have ever had can even compare. It seems like my other teachers has a lesson plan and tried to make me adapt with the lesson plan. George builds his lessons around what I am capable of, so each lesson is completely learned to its fullest. He has even helped me catch up after past teachers have brought me down and held me back. I am extremely thankful that I was able to meet and learn from George, and I hope I can continue to learn from him.” Westwood High School Student, “A” in Honors Precalculus “Math had never been my strong suit, but in only a short time tutoring with George, my math SAT score increased by more math 100 points. More importantly, I find myself realizing that math can, indeed, be fun and interesting. George's teaching style is engaging and his enthusiasm for even the most mundane math is contagious, spurring me to apply myself to my studies. George delineates even the most impenetrable concepts with patience and clarity. I greatly appreciate the deeper understanding of math that George has imparted to me, and I look forward to the future!” Dover Sherborn High School Student (780 SAT Math) “George has expanded my interest and ability in math while working with him this past school year. I have really learned a lot as well as a positive and reliable approach to math. It has been a great experience working with George and I am looking forward to working with him to prep for the SAT's.” Noble and Greenough School Student, Wellesley, MA (790 SAT Math) “Before I started working with George, I lacked the confidence and tools to complete my physics year with a strong ending. After just three meetings with him I began to receive A's rather than C's. Not only does George teach with passion, but he also tailors his explanations and the presentation of the material to fit my specific needs. His commitment to my learning is exemplified by willingness and ability to describe the real content and meaning of the work rather than simply relying on the memorization of formulas. Working with George has made me believe that the key to successful learning is dependent on a great teacher - and George is a great teacher.” Milton Academy Student “George has tutored my son for the last two years and my daughter for the last year. He has helped them easily master the skills they need to be successful in high school. Further, the one-on-one sessions enable him to push them both a little further and expand their understanding. As a result, my children are very confident students. Best for me – no more math drama.” St. Sebastian’s Parent & Newton Country Day School Parent

“He takes the time to understand the individual needs of our child, and goes the extra mile to make sure our son has all the material needed to be successful. He builds a clear picture for success with forward thinking and planning, makes sure the child is at ease, and provides great feedback on each lesson.” Lexington High School Parent, Lexington Tutoring “George is hands down the best tutor we have ever encountered. He understands that students cannot excel in math unless their knowledge is built on a solid foundation. In tutoring my daughter, he returned to basics, discovering areas of weakness and explaining misunderstood concepts. A comment that my daughter made in passing, "I can ask George any question about math, and he can answer so that I can understand." While he is conservative in making promises about outcomes, he committed himself 110% to ensure as successful an outcome for my daughter as possible. Our first goal was to achieve strong performance on the math SAT, where he approached the subject matter in a methodical, knowledgeable way, she scored a 780 on her first math SAT. With that successful experience under our belt, we then wanted to ensure strong classroom performance for the fourth quarter of her junior year. My daughter was receiving B+'s in her honors precalculus class (and averaging B's on her tests and quizzes), but the subject matter became increasingly more challenging, and she was faltering in her ability to grasp concepts, particularly with respect to the topic of probability. George worked week in and week out to review the various chapters with my daughter, preparing her for tests, encouraging her after a difficult test. She received a B+ for her fourth quarter work, which I believe would have been significantly lower without George's help. In order for my daughter to achieve an A- for the year, she needed a 95% on her final exam. George worked tirelessly to help her achieve this goal, but again was cautious in guaranteeing any results. My daughter and I were thrilled to see her report card a month after her final, with an A marked clearly for her final exam! We look forward to George helping us negotiate BC calculus as well as the Math Subject II test in the fall!” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “George is the best math teacher I have ever had. Nearly all of my math teachers in the past either just read the textbook to the class or followed a set of curriculum notes so closely that all you had to do was memorize then regurgitate exactly what you just learned to get an A. In the past, math class was no less than a memory game where each problem only had one solution which was shown by the teacher. George does not follow a textbook and he can create a lesson around a single problem. He shows many solutions to the simplest of problems and show how to connect every topic to each other, so I can fully understand each aspect of the topic we are focusing on.” Westwood High School Student, Westwood, MA (perfect score, freshman college math placement) “Whether in a group or individually George is by far the best tutor I have had. His knowledge is extensive and he teaches in a way that complex subjects are easy to understand. I've used other tutors and centers and none compare to George. He is such a great teacher that I kept bugging him to teach at my high school.” Belmont Hill School student, Belmont, MA “George is like no teacher I've ever had. He takes what looks like a hard Math SAT problem and simplifies it so everyone can understand.” Xaverian Brothers High School Student, Westwood, MA

“George is a tutor extraordinaire. He is a born teacher who genuinely enjoys the kids he teaches and the work he does. He inspires his students to do their best and is able to establish a rapport with each of them. George has tutored my three teens for several years, responding to each one's different abilities. He has helped them in all kinds of math, chemistry, physics, ACT, SAT - you name it, George can handle it! George has given each one a very positive learning experience, leading to greater self-confidence and enthusiasm for the subject matter. George encourages each child to take responsibility for his or her own learning. George has a wonderful ability to present concepts in a highly organized manner. All three of my kids report that George's explanations are better than what they received at school and help them to really understand the concept as opposed to a mechanical application of 'the rule'. None of the three ever grumbled about working with George. If they are having difficulty with a topic, they don't panic because they know George will explain it and help them understand the issues. They all three see George as a friend as well as a tutor, as do I. When my two oldest are now home from college, they love to visit with George and bring him up to date on their academic progress.” Westwood High School Parent “SAT, Pre Calculus, Mid-Year Exams - not something you want to think about, especially not all three and trying to cram all of them in less than five months. Before George I can say that to do all this and do well would be impossible; I had no confidence in myself. Finding George and getting tutored by him has been one of the best decisions my family made as he turned something that seemed hopeless to something achievable. As a student, I know that schools have a set curriculum where their goal is to teach everything they need in one school year, but sadly in doing so they rush; they teach their students to solve things a certain way with the no explanation of why or how they got there. So before George I was basically a robot taught to memorize everything with the explanation of "because that's just what you do". George, on the other hand taught me the basics, teaching how and why things worked, what is really going on in a formula or an equation. He taught me each and every bits and pieces of math to help understand why things are the way they are. I now understand math more that I have ever did. Not only that but after really understanding something he goes above that to where he introduces more complex things to keep the mind going, building on the strong foundation that he has created. This showed its work on the SAT and in school. The math SAT is all about understanding and thinking skills; George helped me to improve my thinking skills and understand math problems. At the same time he helped me to easily do things in school with his teaching; things that seemed difficult before are now much easier to where now I can see how it works, identifying the building blocks of math to help me solve the equation. George is the best tutor and teacher I have ever had in my life; he has a superior understanding of math and he used it to help me get high scores on the SAT and high grades in school. He has proven to me that he loves his job, to help and see his students succeed, using every bit of time productively, encouraging his students that they can succeed with his teachings and hard work. George has done so much to help me succeed in school and on the SAT. I could not have asked for a better tutor. Now it is time for SAT II, where I am certain that George will help me achieve a high score.” Westwood High School Student “George's math skills and patient manner have increased my son's confidence and competency in his own math skills. He is able to explain complicated math concepts in simple terms while making the process enjoyable. George's enthusiasm for math is contagious and helps ensure his students to be equally enthusiastic.” Noble and Greenough School Parent

“Working with George has changed my life for the best. When I first started High School, I was still overcoming many challenges involving my health - which had been affecting my grades as well as what classes I had to take. Once I met George though, I knew he was different than the countless other tutors that had come and gone through my life. George was able to get me to heights I'd never even believed I could reach. The passion that he has for mathematics and his endless dedication to his students is visibly seen every time he's doing a lesson. Not only has George been a fantastic tutor but he has also been a great friend. He's given me important input to major decisions I've had to make in my life whether it’s what college or even what classes I should take. There's nobody I can credit more when it comes to the straight A's in math classes I've taken these past four years and the 710 & 750 I received on the SAT and SAT Math IIC than him. I would have never believed back then that George would've had the impact that he has now on my life. Thanks for everything, George.” Dover Sherborn High School Student “Before I began working with George, I was getting good grades in math but much of the time I didn't really understand what I was doing or why I was doing it. After my first session with George, I could tell he was a different kind of teacher. He really explained the concepts instead of just teaching me steps that I had to memorize. George always makes sure that I completely understand what I am working on before we move on to a new concept. I look forward to my sessions with George. George makes the sessions fun, interesting, and challenges me to think in ways that I haven't been taught in school. George also happens to be funny and kind and I feel he really cares about me as a student.” Newton Country Day School Student (96% Final Math Assessment) “George has reinvigorated my son's interest in math and confidence in his abilities. Each week, George would carefully focus on classroom assignments, while bolstering broader areas of study. Lessons were purposeful, positive experiences, which immediately translated into improved test scores and a more meaningful understanding of concepts. My son was able to introduce advanced strategies in the classroom, and his teachers consistently remarked that his contributions greatly enhanced their class discussions. George has a warm personality and a true gift for teaching material in a compelling, yet fun, manner. My son truly enjoyed the experience of working with George, and has emerged as a far stronger student for it.” Rivers School Parent “He is very patient and explains complex terms in simple English. He also works hard to keep a smile on your face even when things are difficult.” Lexington 8th Grade Math Student, Diamond Middle School, Lexington Tutoring “After reviewing the yellow insert in the Westwood Hometown Weekly, I made a note to myself: Call Perdocere? I wondered: What does Perdocere mean? After my daughter's ACT math results, I felt it was important to take action, so yes I did call Perdocere and spoke with George. After listening to our story, George met with my daughter to begin immediate math tutoring. We had limited time, six months, to accomplish a lot of learning in order to achieve a more successful math test score. Equally important, my daughter was to improve on her math for success when at college. George is a brilliant and enthusiastic teacher. He shared his plan with us and we quickly moved ahead. He had my daughter take both the SAT and ACT practice tests to see which would be best for her. He watched her to see how she worked. He prevailed upon our busy schedule for intense tutoring. George expects a lot from his student, but he gives much in return. For my daughter, she

learned that math from him, and he instilled confidence. For me, he kept me in the loop and patiently worked with our schedule. At the six month point my daughter retook the test with George's best wishes (and his calculator as her calculator shut down days before the test), and she exceeded her goal. Perdocere means to instruct thoroughly, Perdocere is George! Thank you!” The British School of Boston – Parent “I met George in February of my junior year. Earlier in my junior year and sophomore spring, I had been bounced between countless math tutors who seemed uninterested in actually changing the way I learn and comprehend math on different levels, which is a necessary transition from my school math course work to solving problems on the ACT. A few had deemed me incapable of ever truly raising my math IQ and relied heavily on strategy to get me through standardized testing problems. Yet with George, everything changed. He studied the way I learned and took tests, and synthesized the information I gleaned from each of our sessions. He then broke down my entire bank of knowledge in the realm of mathematics and we started from the bottom, building our way up. As each new brick was laid in the foundation, my confidence grew and my ability to take control of the ACT in a way that worked for me was apparent. I no longer fear ACT test day, new units in precalculus or a problem that seems overwhelmingly difficult based on its exterior. George became my math savior and I cannot thank him enough.” Milton Academy, Student, Wellesley, MA “George recreates the art of tutoring; he is like a muse who inspires learning as an art.” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “George's teaching has not only allowed me to conquer complex calculus problems, but has also taught me the specific processes needed in order to crack several SAT problems. Immediately after entering Advanced Pre-Calculus my junior year I fell behind, unable to solve problems and make critical connections. However, with George's help, I improved dramatically, impressing not only myself, but also my teacher. I ended up finishing the year with an A, a real feat in the challenging math department at my school. After George boosted my confidence in solving problems, particularly by breaking them down into manageable pieces and explaining proofs behind equations, I knew I could take on the rigorous AP Calculus course at my high school. Sure enough, his relentless attitude and determined spirit earned me an A for the first trimester and on my midterm exam. After starting with George in the 9th grade, I would have never thought that I could make it this far. Our compatible personalities and George's vested interest in my success led me to gain a high SAT score and consistently excellent grades. For George it is never "I can't do this, " but rather "how can we solve this problem in more than one way to truly understand the concept?" I am confident that George has provided me with a solid foundation that will allow me to succeed in college mathematics and ultimately my desired career path.” High School Student, The Rivers School, Weston, MA. “George is a wonderful tutor that has made a significant impact on my daughters learning. He discovered her weaknesses and has worked tirelessly with her to fill in the gaps in her learning and prepare her for the SAT. He cares deeply about his students and communicates weekly with me on her progress. George is like no other!!” Wellesley High School Parent “Working with George has improved my math skills immeasurably. I was able to achieve a near perfect score on my Math SAT as a result of George’s dedication, patience, and skill in our tutoring

sessions. He made sure I not only understood the concepts but had a deep knowledge of them. I also worked on my school work with George and felt that our work together put me well ahead of my fellow students.” Noble and Greenough Student (790 SAT Math) “During my sophomore year in high school, before I began tutoring with George, I worried constantly about the effect my math grade would have on my grade point average. George started teaching me during the beginning of my junior year, and now, having graduated from high school, I can look back and say that George's superb skills as a tutor led me from getting B's in Algebra II to A's in BC Calculus. Thanks to George, math stopped being a constant source of worry for me and became a course that helped me maintain my GPA. I studied under George for two years, and my attitude towards mathematics changed immensely during that time. George's patience and creativity make him an ideal tutor for both struggling students and those who wish to broaden their understanding of mathematical concepts.” Dover Sherborn High School Student (770 SAT Math, 770 SAT Math IIC) “George made a huge difference in how our son approached math problem solving, as well as in how to take the SAT. George quickly identified fundamental mathematic deficiencies and provided the education required so that these principles can now be applied in any setting, not just in taking the SAT. We look forward to working with George again next year. Thanks George from all of us!!!” Milton Academy Parents, Manhattan, NY “George taught me a new way of thinking. He retrained my brain to think the way he does. I never have to memorize formulas, or remember a certain method. George taught me how to analyze the core math behind a problem, and derive how to solve it on the spot. It is a skill that has paid off incredibly. Thank you George!!” Westwood High School student “We can't say enough about how good a teacher George has been throughout the years. We feel that our children are well grounded in fundamentals and have the confidence to take on any academic challenge in the future. George is devoted to his craft and a truly unique academic tutor....” Rivers School Parents “Five years ago I was struggling in my math and science classes. I tried around with a lot of the brand name tutoring companies, but I was just not improving the way I wanted to. So, when my mother told me she had hired another tutor I felt a little reluctant. However, after a few sessions with George I could actually see results. My success in learning the material properly reflected itself in both my grades and my ability to learn new material more readily. I can't stress enough just how different George is from other tutors. George's ability to work with his students and figure out on an individual basis how to teach subjects is unparalleled. My junior year I managed to get fantastic scores on all my standardized tests, including a perfect 800 on the math SAT. To me, George has been a great friend and an incredible asset throughout my high school career. George makes the material accessible and I cannot recommend him enough.” Westwood High School Student (800 SAT Math, 36 ACT Math)

“We are ecstatic about the progress George has made with our daughter's math scores. He has instilled possibility when she knew only defeat. The experience of success in math has given her tremendous confidence. Higher math had been out of her reach, but now it is easily grasped. George's knowledge is boundless, not only in math, but also in knowing how and when to motivate psychologically and emotionally. He is always prepared and upbeat and he keeps each session moving enthusiastically. Our hope was that George would just give our daughter the 'jump start' she needed, but in fact, he has become a part of our lives for years.” Dana-Hall Parents “With SAT’s looming, I hired George to access and fill in the gaps in my son's math knowledge. My son scored a 550 on his first practice SAT with George, so there were plenty of areas that needed attention! George came up with a comprehensive plan to rebuild my son's math knowledge from the ground up. George taught my son to look at math through a completely different lens, which enabled him to think creatively as opposed to mechanically when he approached math problems. This strong foundation coupled with a creative approach to problem solving resulted in a 780 on the SAT. George was professional, methodical, and thoughtful during each session, and knew how to motivate and inspire my son. Although the work was hard at times, my son was always happy and grateful to be working with such a brilliant and kind teacher. I only wish all of my son's math teachers could be as exceptionally qualified and compassionate as George!” Middlesex School Parent (780 SAT Math) Weston, MA “Before George I was almost failing Organic Chemistry in my second semester of college. Once I had begun with George, I could finally understand the material, and I was able to build my knowledge based around the fundamental skills George taught me. I finished the course as one of the most confident students in such a difficult rigorous class, getting thirty-eight points above class average on the final. I owe so much for the help I got from George. I don't think there's anything he can't do.” Hamilton College Student - Clinton, NY - Online Tutoring “George has made such a big difference for our child - academically and personally.” Westwood High School Parent “George is a truly amazing teacher. Not only is he incredibly capable and knowledgeable but also sincere and caring. He knows how to captivate a student's focus and how to motivate them. There is nobody better than George!” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “He has genuine passion for teaching in its most basic sense. His subject knowledge and teaching style encourages our child's participation in a planned roadmap for success.” Lexington High School Parent, Lexington Tutoring “What a revelation to learn that instead of being bad in math, our daughter just wasn't being taught in the manner in which she learns best. George identified her individual learning style and the results have been astonishing. He does a superb job of dovetailing his tutoring of math at the high school level with his preparatory course for the math portion of the SAT.” Medfield High School Parent

“George taught me the difference between wisdom and knowledge, and George is by far the most experienced and intelligent teacher I have had the pleasure of working with.” Westwood High School Student (800 Math SAT, 800 SAT Math IIC, 36 ACT) “George has been one of the greatest things to ever happen to me. Before George, I was struggling and basically failing math. Since I've worked with so many other tutors who completely failed me, I was a little apprehensive when I first met George but we soon became totally comfortable working with each other and even have inside jokes. He's helped me in math so much. I used to hate math with a passion, but now it's one of my easiest and most enjoyable subjects. George and I work together even if I'm sick. He makes me feel better, instead of wearing me out. If I have a bad day at school, George cheers me up. He's basically your best friend and the best tutor. Thank you George!” Dana-Hall Student “My senior year brought with it an abundance of math challenges. I had decided to enroll in BC Calculus, as well as take the Math II SAT2. I never considered myself to be particularly good at math, so I was very worried about how my various math undertakings would pan out - but, under George's tutelage, I ended up doing better than I could have ever expected. Often investing extra time into lessons, George Patiently taught me enough about precalculus and calculus to raise my average SAT2 by more than 180 points and nudge my math grade to an A. George takes the time to explain the underpinnings of each theorem, never resorting to memorization when there is understanding to be had. Whenever I brought my confusions to George, he could explain with perfect clarity what had gone wrong in my calculations. Two years ago, I never would have envisioned myself having my current relationship with math - one where I can look forward to new challenges rather than dread tests and quizzes. Without George's unparalleled skill as a teacher, I would never have improved in math to the point that I have. As a student, I cannot recommend George highly enough. More than achieving tangible results in terms of grades and numbers, I have developed an entirely new attitude towards mathematics thanks to George.” Dover Sherborn High School Student “Who would have thought that my son would become a curve breaker! Through the years George has instilled a great store of fundamental mathematical knowledge. On this foundation our son was able to grab Calculus by the horns and completely master it.” Rivers School Parents "George is the real deal. Not only does he have a stellar educational background and a wealth of experience, but he has the tutorial skills to impart various math concepts and a real gift for connecting with students. My son has happily worked with George for five years; during that time, he consistently has brought home A's. Simply put, George is the best there is." Dover Sherborn High School Parent “Frustrated by the lack of tangible Math achievement in my children, who are good students, through their middle and early high school years and with one facing the SATs in the spring I needed to act fast... I decided to tutor them. After trying a few tutors where the fit was never quite right I stumbled on to Perdocere and from day one my problem was solved! George understood completely what I wanted: to improve their math school work, prepare for their SATs, but also to make sure that they knew MATH. I asked George to make sure that all his math tutoring would stick; I didn't want them to 'just learn it for the test'. His success is tangible. They have great grades

and success with the SAT. One of them said to me 'Mom I learned more in four hours with George than I did all year in my math class!' ” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “The first time I took an SAT math practice test, I scored a 540. I was confident in my math skills, but I still scored quite low. After learning with George, I realized that my problem solving skills were not refined. George taught me how to think. The SAT math section does not actually have any extremely difficult math. The real tough part is solving a problem efficiently and accurately. George taught me how to connect many topics of math together to do this. By the time I was ready to take the real SAT, I was scoring 800's on the practice tests.” Westwood High School Student (800 Math SAT) “Math has always been an interesting topic to me; however, I never liked math class and the ways most of my teachers taught. George has been teaching me for two months so far and I feel like he has opened a whole new door of math for me. He has taught me many new topics and new ways to think. I really enjoy learning from George and I am very thankful that I was able to meet such a great teacher.” Westwood High School Student “Since I have been out of college and 'math' for several years, and was preparing to take the GMAT exam for graduate school, I needed help!! I needed someone who could assess my current skill level and work with me to prepare for the exam. George skillfully assessed my math skills, setup a review plan and worked with me to be ready for the test. George's ability to teach, impart math in a concrete and understandable way was extremely helpful in my preparation. Thanks, George.” Boston College Graduate “George has an amazing amount of patience and challenges me at every turn. The truth is in the results! I am a more confident learner and that carries over to my other courses, as well. I got an A in my Honors Algebra class and look forward to working with George as I prepare for the PSAT/SAT/ACT tests.” Westwood High School Student “Every time I see George with my son, I feel very happy and blessed knowing that he is in good hands. My wish is not just for my son to raise the points or grades but also to learn what "study" truly means through Math so that he can apply the concepts and skills across the fields in his lifetime. George is a teacher and mentor who can make my wish come true.” Westwood High School Parent “George knows his math. His educational accomplishments speak for themselves as does his many years of experience tutoring the subject. He has done a great job with my son. He has awakened his love of math. He simplifies where it is complex and enriches where it is too simple, balancing the subject and keeping my son engaged. This year my son has earned an A in math so obviously he gets results. More than that, George is a great person and my son truly looks forward to and enjoys his sessions. Working with George was one of the best decisions I ever made.” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “I don't know how I would've made it through calculus, physics or organic chemistry without George. I often had these classes with multiple upper level biology courses to deal with in the same

semester, having George as a tutor gave me the extra help I needed. George was always available for help with homework or extra help before an exam. He never left me on my own, he was constantly checking on me to make sure I was doing ok with the material. Did I need more help? How was I feeling about the exam? The moral support was important to me, because sometime it helped just to talk before and after and exam. I can definitely say I would not have done as well as I did in any of my physics, calculus or organic chemistry classes without George. Even with classes where I knew I could be ok on my own, George helped break down and explain the material in different ways so that I could really excel. Most importantly, George helped me get rid of the notion that I wasn't good at math or chemistry or physics, he helped me see that I could get really good grades in those classes and feel better about using what I learned in other classes. I would highly recommend George for anyone looking to improve their GPA and their confidence in their math and science abilities.” Franklin & Marshal College Graduate (online tutoring) “I wish all students could have the opportunity to have such an excellent teacher.” Westwood High School Parent “George is a godsend. He breaks math down in a language students understand while making the process enjoyable. By laying out the mechanics of math, he lays down a foundation for comprehension the student carries forward throughout their academic career. He also gets results. My son quickly grasped the concepts and went from a C+/B- student to an A student. He also moved up two class levels in his math placement. His improvement correlated directly with is confidence, which soared. He now thinks of himself as the math guy. The greatest compliment is that I recently asked him what he wants to be when he grows up and he said a math teacher.” Dover Sherborn Middle School Parent “George has not just taught me, but he re-wired my brain in a way that allows me to comprehend subjects I haven't gone over with him. He has given me the tools to understand any math or science problem out there.” Medfield High School Student “Before working with George, I thought of math as a drudgery. The subject required a lot of work and study, but it seemed to me that no matter how hard I applied myself, I could not affect a change in my grade. Math was a chore and an ugly spot on my report card. After being taught by George, however, that all changed. George takes the time to explain the mechanics behind a formula, never allowing memorization where there is understanding to be had. Under George's tutelage, I began to see the beauty of mathematics, and as my interest in the subject grew, I found myself considering it less a boring necessity, but a more rewarding challenge. George's teaching has turned my opinion of math completely on its head, and also yielded pleasant results during the final exam. Although my term grades before meeting George were not fantastic, I was able to score highly enough on my final exam to bring my overall math grade up to an A-. Without George's careful guidance, this certainly would not have been possible. I cannot recommend his services highly enough - under George, not only my grades, but also my outlook on math changed for the better.” Dover Sherborn High School Student “Our daughter was transferred to Dover-Sherborn High School as a sophomore last year. We thought she needed some math guidance before taking the ACT/SAT, and discovered Perdocere Math Tutoring while searching online. George turned out to be the best discovery we made since

returning to Boston. His brilliance, patience, and structured tutoring style made our daughter feel at ease with the fundamental concepts of math. Needless to say, George's guidance was reflected by an outstanding score last month. For math tutoring, George should be your first and final contact.” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “I have been working with George for about six months and I have never seen myself improve this drastically. I achieved a 5 on my AP exam and a 770 on my SAT-II. I truly owe it all to George.” Westwood High School Student “George is by far the best teacher I've ever had! The way he teaches and presents the material is unlike anything I've come across. I'm not sure why I've never witnessed this way of teaching before, because it clearly works! The math really does become clear with George at the reins. When I look at any sort of math problem, I can truly say I understand all the pieces and how they interact. My way of thinking about math has always been a way that has irritated and frustrated my teachers because I don't always catch on as fast as the other students would. George is able to pick up on this and teach the math at any angle to suite my learning style. I am highly confident that he will do the same for you!” Lawrence Academy Student “George's capabilities extend well through college topics. After taking BC calculus my senior year of high school, I took a semester off before taking Calculus III in the spring term. What began as a speed review of single-variable calculus expanded to encompass numerous topics neglected in the high school curriculum, as well as proper explanations and proofs of many other topics. George's first goal is to establish a solid mathematical foundation; or in a case like mine, backfill the incomplete foundation. From there, working into sciences or high level math becomes far easier.” Medfield, MA High School Graduate (800 SAT Math) “I don't know how I would get through high school without you.” Dexter Southfield High School Student “George knows exactly how to prepare you for standardized tests. He provides you with more than enough preparation to succeed. I worked with George for about eighteen months, and I got an 800 on the math SAT-I, an 800 on the math SAT-IIC, a 36 on the ACT math, and a 99% on my final exam in honors pre-calculus. Only George can bring the perfectionist out of you”. Westwood High School student “I am very happy to recommend your services to any family that wishes to prepare their children above and beyond what is found in the secondary schools' curriculum. Our son who had a declining grade eight in middle school transitioned to Walpole High School and achieved honor roll status his freshman year. His continued Math and Science success is continuing now into his sophomore year and none of this would have been possible without your help. I can't thank you enough for not only your Math and Study Skills help but more importantly your teaching the importance of life skills to our son. It has been said that "If you give a man a fish you give him a meal, however if you teach a man to fish you feed him for life".” Walpole High School Parent “George is a very relaxed, but serious tutor, making every session fun while also imparting incredible amounts of math knowledge. It is because of my sessions with George that I realized

how much I love math and it is now my favorite subject. I have earned a straight A in math this year thanks to George.” Dover Sherborn High School Student “George is working math-a-magic with my daughter! She so enjoys her sessions that she not only laughs with interest as she progresses, but she also giggles in surprise as she learns from her mistakes. She is advancing at a tremendous rate; and this from a child who never before knew math without tears.” Dana Hall Parent “George enabled me to get an 800 on the math SAT and, for most parents, that may be all they need in a tutor. However, George isn't just an effective tutor, he actually cares about the student. When I first started with George math was my least favorite subject, mainly because I just didn't 'get it.' However, now, math is my strongest subject and I adore the class. George allowed me to not just 'get by' in my class, but to understand the material, and, through understanding excel. I can't recommend George enough on both a professional and personal level.” Westwood High School Student (800 SAT Math, 36 ACT Math) “George is a great tutor and is a great person to work with and not only has helped me learn, but also improve the quality of my work and has helped me change my style of doing math into an easier and more comprehensible method.” Medfield, MA High School Student “This is exactly what we have discovered in George - To Teach or Instruct Thoroughly. George not only has read our son's Advanced Algebra book, he has wrapped himself around it. He teaches with enthusiasm and a deep concern for our son. He genuinely cares that our son not only understands the many different concepts but also makes sure that our son is able to effectively apply them. Our son has 125 new problems every week and George makes sure our son fully understands each and every one. Our son's grade has improved from a B- to an A- and we expect this trend to continue along with his growing mathematical confidence. Our son smiles broadly at the end of every session. George is the MVP of the academic playing field! Thank you George.” Xaverian Brothers High School Parents, Westwood, MA “You are the best!” Westwood High School Student “George has been tutoring our son for four years, and we are extremely pleased with the results. George has taught our son the way he needs to be taught to, he is positive, thorough and focused. Our son has a confidence in his abilities he could've only imagined before. George not only teaches, he mentors and advises, he truly cares about his students and their accomplishments. We highly recommend George, he will not disappoint!” Walpole High School Parents “I came into college wanting to be pre-med, but all I kept hearing about were students who came in being pre-med and dropping it after a semester or two. I still wanted to try at least to keep my options open. My first year of college I struggled through general chemistry, and then managed my way through Calculus-I but ended up having to drop Calculus-II. My parents kept telling me about my brother's amazing grades in school, how he was getting A's in AP Chemistry and a 5 on the AP

exam and blowing math out of the water. They thought I should try out my brother's tutor to see if he could help me out. I went through high school struggling through math, and since George has been my tutor in college I am an A student in Calculus-II. I plan on taking physics this summer and organic chemistry next semester and I have no doubt that with George's help I will be getting amazing grades in those classes as well. Not only does George help me understand the material from class, he goes above and beyond the syllabus and makes sure that I'm ahead of the game. He's always available to help with math, or even just to talk if I'm feeling stressed out. This past winter, I was feeling very stressed out because my grades weren't the best and I was doubting if I should bother continuing on the pre-med track. George helped me lay out a plan for the rest of college and assured me that he would help me every step of the way to get the best grades I possibly could for applying to medical school. He has helped my brother and me so much, not only with our grades but with our confidence academically. I'm so glad that he is my tutor and advisor because I know that whatever I decide to pursue after college I will have the grades and the confidence to do it.” Student Franklin & Marshall College, Westwood High School Graduate “George, over the past few months, we have been amazed at the progress you have made with our daughter. While the improvement in her 'trial run' SAT scores has been significant, of equal note has been the change in the way she now approaches math problems: she thinks differently! Your ability to explain the processes behind the formulae, and the way that you teach to each student's strengths, is a thing of beauty... For a 17 year old to stay focused on math over and entire summer is a testament to your ability to engage someone's imagination and intellect. I am grateful for all of the encouragement and focus you have provided. And, while I look forward to much improved success in our daughter's upcoming SAT scores as a direct outcome of your work, I also appreciate the confidence you have helped her build over the summer. She is clearly far more prepared for the tests ahead than she was in early June. My only regret? We didn't do this sooner.” Ursuline Academy Parent “George is the best math tutor our daughter has ever had. He has given her the critical skills to understand, encode and recall mathematic principles to achieve her best possible classroom scores.” Dover Sherborn High School Parents “George started late in the year tutoring our son, in a very short time his grades were up. His scores on the SAT and AP exams were exceptional. However, what is more important is that George is coaching him on how to study and not only tutoring him in a subject. He is helping him choose his courses, as well as guiding him through his high school years. The look on both their eyes while studying is one of pure joy. George is an exceptional tutor as well as a dear friend.” Westwood High School Parents “We simply could not ask for a better qualified, kind and sincere educator for our son.” Dover Sherborn High School Parents, Sherborn MA “I have always struggled with math, but George has helped me conquer the beast.” Westwood High School Student “Our son was diagnosed with lymphoma during his freshman year and has been out of school for a year and a half. In addition to feeling sick from all of the chemo treatments, he was feeling hopeless that he would ever be able to catch up with his schoolwork. What he wanted the most was to catch up in math - Algebra II. George was the answer. For almost a year now George has been

© 2016 Perdocere Tutoring 781-278-0084 Page 17 of 42

teaching him in our home for 4-6 hours a week. Not only is he catching up but he is also maintaining an A average and he will be able to enter his junior year this fall feeling completely confident in his math knowledge. We are so grateful to George for that. Although he has a long way to go catching up in all his other subjects and he still has another six months on chemo treatment, he is ready to get back to his life as a normal high school student. Couldn't have done it without George! Thank you for your dedication to our son - mathematically and emotionally!!” Westwood High School Parents “George is a great tutor and a very nice person to talk to. I would recommend him for anyone.” Dover Sherborn Middle School Student “George is a master at his field. He connects well with students and genuinely takes an interest. My son has improved his math performance in school and has increased his math SAT score by 220 points in less than nine months. George not only teaches math, but teaches strategies and encourages deeper thinking skills. My son is always fully engaged and has a desire to learn with George. They have two hours of fun every week.” Xaverian High School, Parent, Walpole, MA “George has been active in the academic lives of our two sons for the last four years. Each learns in a very different manner but, amazingly, George has been able to unlock both of their intellectual personalities. He consistently gets to the whys and wherefores of mathematics and is tireless in ensuring that his students' math foundations are strong. He motivated our oldest son so much that he now is majoring in math in college. He has guided our second son to the top of his math class and now beginning to guide his SAT studies. George proved that an '800' was possible; perhaps he can make it two in a row. George is always willing to go the extra yard to help his students and takes a sincere interest in their success. George has a gift that few have - a brilliant intellect coupled with an intuitive ability to teach. I count on him as part of our family because of the time and effort he has devoted to the education of our children.” Parents - The Rivers School “George has worked with my children on test prep for the SAT, ACT, AP exams, and the SAT subject matter tests. My two oldest -- for whom math is their worst subject -- scored a 740 and a 790 on the SAT math section. My youngest just scored an 800! I, and they, attribute the high scores to their work with George. He not only helps them with the substantive skills needed for success, but also with the practical hints that come in so handy on standardized tests. He works through many practice exams and works to educate them about their particular strengths and weaknesses so that the right emphasis in studying can be made. All three of my children report that they feel that working with George has made a big difference in their school performance and test scores.” Westwood High School Parent “I don't know how we came this far without George. There has been a tremendous improvement in our son's work. He has the A's to prove it. George is truly a gem.” Monsignor Haddad Middle School Parents, Needham, MA “My son is a freshman in honors geometry - a really tough course!! George has been instrumental in explaining the concepts, teaching him how to solve the theorems and encouraging him throughout the year. Without this assistance - this year would have been much tougher. The insight into my son's learning style and his clear and thorough explanations of each concept have given my

© 2016 Perdocere Tutoring 781-278-0084 Page 18 of 42

son the confidence to tackle this vigorous course. He looks forward to meeting with George and doing his math.” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “I am a student in a charter school. My high school math includes Geometry, Algebra and Calculus. I also have Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. I sometimes have problems with math, chemistry, and physics. George has helped me with all of those subjects. He knows these subjects like the back of his hand and is able to explain it to me in a way I can understand. What I don't understand from my teachers, George always manages to explain it for me. George makes learning and understanding easy. He has also helped me a lot getting ready for standardized tests like the MCAS and SATs. Every student should have a teacher like George.” High School Student - Advanced Math and Science Academy “We are absolutely thrilled with what George has done with our son. He has instilled a sense of confidence, made him realize that he can excel academically and allowed him to set his sights on things that he never thought he could achieve. George is incredibly knowledgeable, extremely approachable and a fantastic teacher. He has gone out of his way to make sure that our son is always prepared for his next challenge. George will be part of our family's academic life for years to come!!” Dover Sherborn High School Parents “George made it possible for my son to go to the best college for him. George is the best teacher and mentor my son could have. We cannot thank him enough. I cannot wait to see my other children grow as learners with knowledge and strategies taught by George.” Westwood High School Parent “We have had many tutors in the past and George by comparison is extraordinary. George's weekly sessions helped my high school boys achieve never before A's in their math classes. My husband and I were so impressed with his intelligence, dedication and patience. These qualities allowed my boys to truly understand SAT test taking and math strategies. We highly recommend George!” Medfield High School, Parent “When I began my sessions with George, I was very apprehensive. I didn't enjoy math and spending two extra hours outside of school was not something that I looked forward to. As the weeks went on, my confidence in my abilities skyrocketed. George quickly defined my problems, and made a long lasting impression on the work I now do. Not only did my scores dramatically increase but so did my school work. I now approach problems differently and find math to be more enjoyable. George is a wonderful teacher and I cannot explain how much he changed my approach to math. If I have any advice, it would be to listen to everything he says. He knows what he is talking about and the next time I walk into a mathematical minefield I know there will be a trap in the dusty corners that I can conquer. Thanks for everything George!” Ursuline Academy Student, Walpole, MA “Although I've only been with George for a short while, the most important thing I have discovered about him is that his teaching style is highly effective. Not only does he teach you how to do something, he teaches you why it is done that way. He is able to show you how basic concepts can be used to solve highly complex problems. Now, I am able to see the building blocks of each individual problem, and, from there, I am able to find the solution. He is totally approachable and

© 2016 Perdocere Tutoring 781-278-0084 Page 19 of 42

will help you with anything. I know on countless occasions he has given me advice that I find applicable to my physics homework. He truly does instruct his students very thoroughly, and if you are unsure of something, he will go over it as many times as you need. Because of him, I feel thoroughly prepared to take my SAT exam.” Walpole High School Student (700 SAT Math) “It is with both pleasure and sadness that I write this testimonial for George who has tutored my three children over the last five years in a wide range of subjects (math, pre-calculus, chemistry, physics, biology, computer science, and a little engineering on occasion). George has been an extraordinary resource and has become an honorary family member and a dear friend to me and all my children. He has seen my children through quizzes and tests, helped with tricky homework assignments, and led them to superlative performances on their SATs, APs and ACTs. George has been a terrific mentor as well as a tutor, giving advice on school, the college application process, and the like. George keeps up to date with all assignments posted by the school and helps even disorganized kids get organized. He is terrific at reminding the kids of deadlines for projects, assignments, quizzes and standardized tests. He has always made time in his busy schedule for extra sessions when a big test or project is due, he explains why and how rather than tell a student just to apply the formula, he adjusts his method and style of tutoring to each individual child, he is reliable and efficient and always pleasant, and his range of subject matter knowledge is superb. I honestly believe that George's tutoring has had a big and most positive impact on my children in many ways. On the most obvious level, he truly did help boost their test scores and probably did impact the level of college to which they were admitted. Beyond that, however, he really gave them a greater appreciation and understanding of subject matters that they were not as comfortable with, and gave them the tools to help them think, analyze and solve. These are tools that they will carry with them and use all their lives, whether they ever take another math course or not. That is what a real tutor does not just get you through the next exam. And even further, George honestly cares about his students not just their performance but also their minds, their interests, and their character. Whenever my two oldest are home from college, they are delighted to see George again, and I know that my youngest will miss George when he starts college this year, as will I. George has been a big part of our lives. We are better off for the experience in many, many ways. Thank you, George.” Westwood High School Parent “George hands down takes the prize for the best overall math tutor. He brought my math SAT score up 220 points while maintaining my honor roll status. George is an authentic man who truly cares about his students.” Xaverian Brothers High School Student “George gave me the confidence to believe that I could succeed in exams. He is a very patient teacher and is just the best at explaining difficult concepts. He makes it easy to concentrate and focus on the key parts of the course content.” Providence College Student, Walpole, MA “George's influence was not only on math but his success comes from the universality of his way of thinking. George has become a good friend and has really changed our boy's life for the better.” Westwood High School Parent “Our middle school son has a broader, deeper understanding of math concepts since working with George. He no longer memorizes formulas without knowing the why's and how's of problem

solving. George can teach tough math concepts in an understandable way that translates into learning!! The success our son feels in mastering the math is a great boost to his self-esteem. He just got an A+ for the year in eighth grade algebra.” Dover Sherborn Middle School Parent “George has been the best investment we could have made for our son. He has been tutoring him for over two years now and our son has been in honors math ever since. He and George are now in the process of SAT 'training', if you will. We just know that his scores will be nothing but impressive. Thank you, George.” Lawrence Academy Parents “In my junior year at Westwood High School I was taking some challenging courses, courses which on my own I would have had trouble handling in combination with SATs and AP exams. However, George helped me manage not only my classes but also my standardized tests. I ended up with solid grades in my math and science classes as well as an 800 in the math portion of the SAT and a 780 in the SAT IIC for math. Without George's tireless enthusiasm and unstoppable will to help me I don't know how well I would have done.” Westwood High School Student “Over the last two years, week after week, month after month, George sits patiently with our son doing what George does best: teaching thoroughly. Being able to communicate with a teenager so he understands math inside and out is a gift, George has that gift.” Xaverian Brothers High School Parent “George is a super tutor that has made a significant impact on our daughter's learning. Her progress has been beyond belief. He has worked diligently and patiently with her to fill in the gaps in her learning. She no longer memorizes formulas without knowing the why's and how's of problem solving. She is well grounded in the fundamentals and has gained the confidence to take on additional academic challenges. George's math knowledge isn't his only recipe for success, he also knows how and when to motivate a student.” Beaver Country Day School Parent “George has been an amazing tutor who has helped me accomplish my goals in both school and the SATs. He has the unique ability to teach one concept in many ways, which is rare to find among teachers. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.” Dover Sherborn High School Student “I got a perfect PSAT math score, thank you!” High School Student, Wellesley, MA “A word of advice: start with George early. Building the proper foundation in math is crucial to getting good grades in all years of high school as well as good SAT math scores.” Medfield High School Parent “Once your child has worked with George, you realize what an extraordinary teacher he truly is. George not only teaches in a professional and organized manner, he has instilled self-confidence in our son that goes beyond mathematics. Our son respects George not only for his ability to teach him, but also because he takes an interest in him personally. George not only gives careful

consideration about what is being taught now, but what skills will be needed in the future. Our son took a higher level mathematics course this year than was recommended, and with George's help he was very successful! He is a wonderful mentor, something we never expected! Thank you George!!!” Walpole High School Parents “As someone who usually finds math difficult and boring, I was relieved when I understood how easily George can get me to grasp concepts I couldn't fathom on my own. In a span or roughly two and a half months, I have had results that were 150 points higher than my first SAT math score. George's brilliance and enthusiasm made it easy for me to take my work seriously, and overcome my frustration and difficulty with SAT math. Nobody has the aptitude George has to boost math scores through efficient techniques for problem solving and test taking, or can rival his knowledge of mathematics.” Dover Sherborn High School Student “George has been more than a math tutor for me. He has not only taught me everything I need to know to succeed in math class and on the SAT, he has also become a best friend during the process.” Xaverian Brothers High School Student “For the last two years, George has done everything he could to help me in both AP Chemistry, and Honors Precalculus. My grades improved significantly in a very short period of time, and were maintained throughout the school year thanks to him. He knows the material very well, he is extremely good at explaining it in simple terms, and above all, he is a very easy person to get along with. I highly recommend George as a tutor, not only for the effort and attention he put into preparing each of my lessons, but also because I know he invests that same effort and attention in every lesson he gives.” Westwood High School Student “We give high praise and appreciation to Dr. George for the effort and care he has put into our son's math and science tutoring! Our 8th grade son just received his SSAT score report and is in the 99% of the Estimated National Percentile! Also, just as wonderful, is the noticeable increase in our son's self-esteem and confidence! Dr. George has shown that his consistent and kind approach to teaching can lead to a strong sense of self! Thank you so much Dr. George!” Dover Family, Home Schooling “Even though my strength has always been in writing and English, I am now an A student in math and science as well because of George.” Medfield High School Student “George was everything we'd hoped for in an SAT tutor - and more. Just by the enthusiasm our son had for completing the between-session assignments ('George work' often came before homework!), we knew we'd made the right choice. Not only did he feel totally confident taking the SAT, his time with George helped him sharpen his ability to complete regular school assignments, as well; he is now tackling honors calculus with ease. Our son fully recognizes how much he benefited from George's coaching: when his math SAT score came back 130 points over his first attempt, he said: 'Way to go, George!' ” Xaverian Brothers High School Parent, Medfield, MA

“I am very impressed and happy with George as a tutor for my daughter. With his extensive knowledge, he can instruct her in both math and science, both for the classroom and SAT prep. I think he is very patient as he works with the student and is able to quickly discover how best to work with them.” Ursuline Academy Parent, Dedham, MA “This year, I am taking the most rigorous math course my school has to offer, AP Calculus BC. BC calc is extremely fast paced because of the AP test in May. Some of the topics are only covered for a fraction of a class; however, with George’s help, I am a month or two in front of the class. Because of the two-month lead, George is able to show me more advanced topics that will never be covered in BC calc. The way that George teaches calculus incorporates everything that was previously learned in calc while still covering a lot of material extremely thoroughly. In class, I have done well on all of my tests. George has allowed me to obtain an understanding of calculus which seems impossible to get from the class alone. I am very thankful that I have George guiding me through BC calc.” Westwood High School Student “I could tell, my son really liked you and already is getting huge benefits from working with you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!” Dover Sherborn Middle School Parent “George is the best tutor out there. With his thorough teaching, he has increased my Math SAT score by over 200 points in the past year. Since the eighth grade, George and I have been working to increase my math grades at school, and together we have been nothing but a great success. George is extremely talented. I think that to him, Perdocere is more than a clever Latin name for his tutoring business, it's a philosophy. George knows everything about the system, whether it be public school, the SAT, or math in general. He didn't acquire this knowledge through tricks and memorization. He learned it through simply learning the math thoroughly. I can speak from experience. Once George and I had conquered Algebra, I had the skills to conquer problems that would have been insurmountable to me just a few months before. It's quite simple. It all comes down to his philosophy of teaching thoroughly. George produces results.” Walpole High School Student “Since I started tutoring with George, I have gained a much better understanding of chemistry. My grades have improved dramatically, and I have developed an interest in the subject.” Westwood High School Student, AP Chemistry “George knows his stuff! He's helped me go from an average student to an above average student in my Advanced Algebra class. He has improved my study habits and mathematical confidence.” Xaverian Brothers Math Student “We simply could not do without Dr. George! Our student even requested tutoring over his two-week summer vacation to continue to benefit from his one-on-one, personally structured sessions with the wonderful, kind and very smart, Dr. George! Our son's academic year will begin on a high note as he pushes to remain ahead of the curve in math. A standing 'O' is in the highest order for Dr. 'G'.” Dover Sherborn High School Parents

“We thought our daughter's ADHD was a liability in learning math. George recognized her different learning style and speed and has worked it to her advantage. He truly understands the principles in learning how to learn. We have had many tutors for many subjects, but the confidence she has gained from George in math has generalized to all her other subjects.” Dana-Hall Parents “George is awesome. He pushes me hard, but it is because he knows I can do it. George is so smart. He has a thorough knowledge of all the material and he makes sure that I learn it just as completely. His one-on-one sessions really give me a chance to get a better grip on what we are learning in class and to explore deeper some of the things we do not get a chance to spend a lot of time on in school. As a result, I am a very confident math student.” St. Sebastian’s School Student “Math SAT-I 800, Math SAT-IIC 800, 36 on the ACT Math and 99% in Math Honors Pre-Calculus at Westwood High School. In the time that we have worked with George that was the result. I do not believe anybody could have achieved better results. George, however, makes it look easy. What else can you say.” Westwood High School Parent “George brought my daughter's math grades up from C- to A's. He works well with my daughter and is very positive.” Blake Middle School Parent, Medfield, MA “George worked with my son all summer to help him improve his math skills for the SAT's. He's enabled my son to feel more confident, and he has certainly instilled him with stronger math skills in preparation for the test - and equally important - for his future education. We're hoping for good results on the SAT! We thank George for his ability to provide personal individual attention to our son.” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “The best tutor we have ever had, and the nicest!” Westwood High School Parent “I missed a year and a half of school and George has been very helpful in getting me caught up in math.” Westwood High School Student “Working with George is fun. Before I started working with him I always hated going to math but not anymore. I enjoy math. I don't want it to end. He is doing an amazing job getting me up to par with my grade. He is the best math teacher I have ever had and the sooner you start working with him the better. If you put in the time he will be able to catch you up and get you in front of your whole school. If you don't work with him it's your loss.” Walpole High School Student “As parents, it has always been our goal to try and provide our kids with a well-rounded, world class education, specifically focused on math and sciences. That is why we decided to enroll out younger son in a public charter school. The core subjects include English, a foreign language, mathematics and the classic science including biology, chemistry, and physics. Students are

© 2016 Perdocere Tutoring 781-278-0084 Page 24 of 42

expected to take all of the core subjects every year together with computer science, art, etc. In total, the course load is twelve subjects per term and opposed to six subjects per term. Out son had some difficulties with math, and occasionally, chemistry, and physics. We engaged George to tutor out son in math. Fortunately, George is also well rounded and expert in the sciences and engineering as well. Consequently, George has been able to provide expert instruction in any of these subjects when our son has a problem or doesn't understand some concept. George presents the material under study in a way which our son can understand and learn.” High School Parents - Advanced Math and Science Academy “With George SAT preparation is not just about the test. It's also about confidence, George is capable of getting a great effort from the student and perfection becomes an attainable goal. When the student aims for 800 in the SAT with George even a score of 780 becomes a disappointment. George has been a godsend in that respect.” Westwood High School Parent (800 SAT Math) “As parents, we all know how different our children are – and this certainly translates to learning styles. George has had to adapt to three very different types of learners over that last seven or eight years. He has successfully navigated one child through a string of 800s… brought another near that coveted goal, thus ensuring his place at the college of that child’s choice (thank goodness!!)… and now has the unenviable task of guiding our daughter through the shoals of high school mathematics and preparation for the SAT. All three of our children have enjoyed working with George; he has related to each one on a very personal level and he has adjusted his teaching style to match how they learn. He is always encouraging and has instilled in all of them the ability to ask questions and explore the whys and wherefores rather than just the answers. At the same time, however, George sets the bar high for each one of them and pushes them to achieve. Not only have they and will they be accountable to Mom and Dad – they are also accountable to George – and they seem to be more concerned about the latter rather than the former (which is fine with us). George has an extraordinary gift for teaching and for instilling a love of learning in his students. He is insistent that fundamentals be strong and he works those so that his students are equipped for higher tasks. On child ended up majoring in math in college and is now doing sophisticated quantitative analysis in an investment firm; another is doing a wonderful job navigating econometrics. We can only hope that our last one can achieve this success. With George on our side we think that this can be achieved. We heartily recommend George to all.” Dover Sherborn High School Parents “George has been working with my son since June. When I called George we had a great conversation and I explained the math issue my son was having. He understood the issues and had a solution and a game plan to attack the problem. Since working with George my son's math comprehension and retention has improved. But more importantly, my son looks forward to working with George weekly and requires no prompting to be prepared for tutoring. He uses positive reinforcement to engage my son. Currently, George is working with my son on SAT preparation. The strategies put in place will allow my son to do well on the SAT exam.” Xaverian Brothers High School Parent “George is a very sound investment for parents seeking to help a struggling student. George genuinely cares about the teaching aspect of education and his concerns are focused on ensuring the student understands each concept thoroughly. He recognizes that while grades are the formal measurement of results, just as important is the student's confidence level and comfort with the

subject matter. As a consequence, our daughter's grade rose from a C- to an A- in two months, but equally satisfying is seeing her growing confidence in herself and her abilities.” Westwood High School Parent “Our middle school son started to have difficulties in mathematics. After working with him, George was able to assess and pinpoint his areas of difficulty. In addition, George had the patience and teaching strategies that worked with our son. Now he enjoys the challenge of math and feels so much better about his abilities. His grades have gone from a C+ to a B+, and now A's.” Dover Sherborn Middle School Parent “George is very involved in making sure our son is studying the material he needs to succeed and getting a clear understanding of what is expected of him. George takes time each week to prepare for our son as an individual. Our son enjoys the way George teaches him; it's a great mix of teaching and really caring about the student. We know George was the right choice, our son went from failing to passing with an A.” Norwood High School Parent “I'm proud of my accomplishments since he has worked with me.” Medfield 7th Grade Math Student “Dr. George is one smart man! Not only has he brought our son's math and science grades up to A's, but he also shows our son the possibilities for his future! While some students crave the latest video games our son craves knowledge that Dr. George unfolds for him every week in a kind and consistent manner. Our student is looking forward to taking the SAT's because Dr. George is preparing him fully! We know you can't 'cram' for these tests and we feel privileged to have Dr. George teach our son now while he has ample time to prepare fully!” Dover Sherborn High School Parents “The patience, commitment and encouragement of the instructor have helped our son bring his grades up significantly; and as his marks improved, so did his spirits and his confidence.” Westwood High School Parent “Who you gonna call?? We have relied on George for both of our daughters in tutoring Mathematics and Chemistry. I noticed George’s ads, called him and the rest is history. For my older daughter, we began seeing George in the second half of her junior year. She needed a quick review for her upcoming SAT, after having scored in the 600’s for her PSAT. She received a 730 on her first try. In addition, my daughter was struggling in her Precalculus course, despite studying under a different tutor earlier in the year. George salvaged my daughter’s junior year math grade, and she ended the year with an A-, after a rocky first half. He takes a very methodical approach to teaching, and doesn’t believe in shortcuts. To excel, the student must understand the concepts, and not simply memorize rules. We called on George again to help my daughter through her senior year Calculus BC course, as well as to tutor her for the retest of the SATs, for the Math II exam and for her AP exam in BC Calculus. Needless to say, the results were stellar. She improved her SAT math score to a 780; received a 790 on her Math IIC exam; eeked out an A- in her BC Calculus course for the year, and topped it off with a 5 on her AP BC Calculus exam. She was thrilled particularly with the AP score, because it satisfied her Math requirement in college. But guess what? She may become a Computer Sciences major, and is probably going to have to take a lot more math. And she can approach college math with confidence, given the solid foundation George

provided her. My younger daughter is a junior in high school and is taking AP Chemistry. She loves the subject, but was finding the subject matter increasingly challenging during the fall semester. We called George, he taught her for three sessions and she was thrilled to get an A on her mid-term, and an A for the fall semester. She was impressed with his thorough understanding not only of the subject matter, but of how the teacher required questions to be answered. He discerned that the teacher required responses that exactly followed the AP test… my daughter adjusted her answers accordingly. I think we are going to have to call on George again soon…the material is becoming challenging again, significantly more difficult than the questions on the Chemistry AP exam, and we take comfort in knowing he has complete mastery of the material and boy, does he know how to teach! -- A happy Dover Sherborn parent.” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “Thank you so much for all you do for our son, and for us!” Dover Sherborn Middle School Parents “George is a miraculous Math tutor. At the end of December I called George and told him my predicament, that my son was doing his mid-terms in a few weeks time and that he needed immediate Math tutoring. George tutored him five times before his mid-terms and he did very well. I'm grateful to George for coming to our assistance at such short notice. In addition to doing so well in his mid-terms my son has gained much more self-esteem in himself as George taught him how to approach doing Math homework and prepare for quizzes and tests.” Medfield High School Parent “George has been a helpful, effective tutor whom I would recommend to most anyone. He quickly shows you everything there is to know about SAT math and installs it into your memory. Furthermore, he is a nice guy who genuinely wants you to improve.” Milton Academy Student, Manhattan, NY “George has a superior understanding of higher mathematics and science which combined with his ability to communicate abstract subject matter to the kids is like no other teacher we have known. As for results, George has guided our son from mediocre to excelling. His high MCAS scores are a measure of his dramatic improvement. His SAT practice scores steadily climbed to impressive levels, and he gained 240 points on the SAT math. George mentors and provides guidance with understanding to his students. Our son has developed a strong sense of purpose to do well which we attribute in part, to his mentoring. We've had George tutor both our sons. George is the best gift you can ever give to your son or daughter.” Parents - Advanced Math & Science Academy “George is the best teacher I ever had.” Westwood High School Student (780 Math Level IIC, A in Level 1 Precalculus) “Ever since I began my sessions with George, I have significantly improved my mathematical skills and have consistently been able to maintain high test scores. George has restructured my foundation and constantly solidifies key concepts, which help me to take each problem step-by-step and achieve the correct answer while truly learning the material. George not only helps to get the correct answer but also goes far beyond what is asked and works out multiple solutions to the simplest and most difficult problems. George is able to break down problems into manageable pieces unlike any other math teacher I have ever had. I commend George for his knowledge on the

subject. I know with George's help and positive attitude, I am confident that I will do well. Without George both my algebra and chemistry skills would be nothing like they are today. Thanks George and I can't wait for another successful year!” High School Student, The Rivers School “George is a pro. He has years of experience tutoring students lacking self confidence in math. He covers all the foundations, enabling the students to succeed. George has tutored my son for two years. In that time, he has grown into a good student who loves math and gets the grades to prove it. His success has been empowering and translated across other subjects. Besides being and excelled teacher, George is a genuinely nice man. My son and I are big fans.” Dover Sherborn Middle School Parent “George was a great teacher to have while I was preparing for the SAT. He really took the time to get to know what my strengths and weaknesses were, how I worked under test conditions, how I approached problems, etc. Just after one session he knew how to guide me and helped me set realistic but challenging goals. George made sure that I had clear and basic foundations for solving problems and then worked with me step by step until everything was clear and I was confident about how to handle similar problems. His teaching not only helped me through the SAT but has also followed through into my everyday school work. His enthusiasm and dedication is really meaningful and one thing for sure is that George knows how to teach.” The British School of Boston – Student (280 point SAT math increase) “George is a fun guy who knows his stuff. He is enjoyable to work with and the results are astounding.” St. Sebastian’s School Student “George is the best math teacher I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Before I met George I had a 670 on my math SAT, and now I am getting 800's consistently. I owe it all to George because he is constantly pushing me to work hard to achieve my goals. He teaches me more than I need to know so that I understand all the math on a higher level. George has always supported me and has made me a better learner.” Westwood High School Student (800 SAT math) “Our son is a very good student but has found that he does not process information as quickly as it's given in school. George has been tutoring our son for only eight months and already he has seen great improvement. In addition to increasing his math grade to an A, George has been able to increase our son's confidence in all subjects.” Westwood High School Parent “George has been tutoring me for eight months. While he has a relaxed personality, he thoroughly explains all important concepts and makes sure that I full understand the topics before moving on. His knowledge is vast and I really enjoy working with him.” Westwood High School Student “We just keep coming back for more! George has been working with at least one of our children for the past five years. He has firmly grounded them in mathematics and physics and has given them the confidence to handle any problem set that is assigned. Perfect or nearly-prefect SAT and SAT-II scores have also come the children's way during this time - and George can truly take credit

© 2016 Perdocere Tutoring 781-278-0084 Page 28 of 42

for readying them for these standardized tests. He knows that strength in fundamentals and hard work are the most important variables in the success equation. George is an educator first and foremost. He explains concepts in a clear and concise manner and has a way of consistently reinforcing these concepts. He pushes his students to achieve... but always in an extremely supportive manner. George does what is necessary to ensure that his students understand what is being taught. He wants all of his students to succeed - and is truly vested in their success. In sum, we can't say enough good things about George... now if only we could clone George for the SAT critical reading.” Dover Sherborn High School Parents “George not only taught me math and chemistry, but taught me in a way that was practical and easy. Compared to school teachers, George actually explains things in a simple way and most importantly taught me how to think through any problem, which is by far the most valuable lesson I have learned from him.” Medfield High School Student “George is a natural; he not only tutors but teaches the student how to study and how to approach each subject. Math becomes an enjoyable experience. His teaching habits take over and the student shows a remarkable improvement in his all-around school work. His method of cultivating a close relation with the student and his involvement in their overall school work is producing great results. I only wish we had someone like George when I went to school.” Westwood High School Parent “George has worked with our boy for the past eighteen months. The improvement in his grades, as well as his overall approach to school work has been amazing. His own words sum it up 'George taught me a new way of thinking. He retrained my brain to think the way he does'.” Westwood High School Parent “Not only has George quickly and effectively helped my daughter to significantly raise her ACT math scores but he has boosted her confidence tenfold!” Milton Academy Parent “I'm in honors math. However, I couldn't handle Algebra-II as well as Honors Geometry. So my grade began to slip so my parents called George. It was the best decision. George knows everything about math and he was able to guide me through the daunting path of Algebra-II and Trigonometry. He made everything less intimidating, and within no time, my grade was back up. George is definitely going to be my tutor next year.” Medfield High School Student “Dear George. You saved the day. Or rather, the semester. The few sessions you spent with our son made a world of difference - not only to his grade but to his state of mind. You showed him not only that he could grasp the concepts of his AP Physics class, but that he could enjoy the process. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We are forever grateful.” Newton North High School Parents “Our daughter was over her head and sinking fast in an advanced chemistry class when we called George. He immediately made us feel that our problem was his problem and that he would do whatever it took to improve matters. Never mind that time was tight; he would fit her in, starting

© 2016 Perdocere Tutoring 781-278-0084 Page 29 of 42

within a couple of days; he wanted copies of her old assignments to track where she had gone off course and copies of her textbook and syllabus to track where she needed to be and devise a plan to get her there. By the end of the first two-hour session, he had identified and plugged important gaps in her understanding and, even more importantly, replaced panic with hope. The first test after tutoring began was two letter grades higher than the last one before she started with him. George's knowledge is deep and broad, and he is a genius at tailoring the material for the particular student--and at proceeding in a calm, encouraging way that tells them they CAN succeed if they are taught in a way that makes sense to them.” Medfield High School Parent “George has tutored my daughter in Pre-Calculus and Math SAT I prep for the past year. George has very impressive credentials, but even more impressive is the math rapport he has with my daughter. Clearly, George understands math at a depth and breadth that few of us do. But his ability to teach it and be a successful tutor is really what impresses me the most. He is a natural teacher. He can see when a student isn't "getting it" and he can explain a concept in a variety of different ways instead of merely repeating the same explanation again and again. And finally, George truly seems to love his job. He appears to be genuinely happy when my daughter accomplishes her goals or nails down a difficult concept. My daughter feels her time with George is always productive as he's always prepared for their session.” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “George has been tutoring me since the eighth grade. Ever since we started working together, my grades have increased dramatically in math class. I like the approach George takes to tutoring. Unlike the teachers at school, George will teach you thoroughly, no matter how complicated the task. In eighth grade I was barely passing my math class. George has shown me that I am capable of getting A's; it just depends on how well you're taught the material. The following year I got a 93% on my Algebra I final. George's charismatic attitude is a huge part of what makes him so special. Math class in school is generally like going to the dentist. It isn't remotely pleasant, but you've got to do it. George somehow makes the experience an absolute pleasure. I look forward to our meetings. I'm confident that George has the intelligence, experience, and the overall talent to teach most anyone with excellent results. Believe it or not, not everyone is up to the task of teaching math. I can say whole-heartedly that I believe George is, and then some.” Walpole High School Student “I can always rely on George to help me understand a particularly challenging concept in physics.” Westwood High School Student, AP Physics “Beginning with the very first session, my school work became much easier. George helps me understand math in a way I never did before.” Thurston Middle School Student, Westwood, MA “You helped our son have a dream come true, thank you.” Dover Sherborn High School Parents “George is not an ordinary math teacher. Not only did my son receive phenomenal math tutoring, but George also boosted his confidence. I'd overhear George encouraging my son, 'Let's look at the problem carefully, it's easy...' By upping my son's self-esteem, George was able to improve his

© 2016 Perdocere Tutoring 781-278-0084 Page 30 of 42

score. George also built up my son's stamina by having him take full length practice tests so he'd be prepared for the actual SAT.” Medfield High School Parent “George has helped me tremendously. I get a solid A in math since George has started tutoring me. I also am doing much better on my SAT's. Before George I couldn't even get passed the first question. George is a great tutor.” Medfield High School Student “All three of my children are tutored by George in math, chemistry, and physics. Not only is George capable of tackling all three different subject areas, he is able to relate to the very different learning styles of each child.” Westwood High School Parent “We felt like we struck gold shortly after George began to tutor our son toward the end of his junior year. The impact was almost immediate. He skill level went from a fail to pass in a few sessions. George has an expertise in communicating math and science surpassed by no one. He was able to identify and fill in the gaps in our son’s math education in two-hour per week sessions when regular classes and after school failed. Our sons precalculus and calculus teachers were unable to communicate the subject matter in a way that our son could understand. Our son proclaimed that George was the best math teacher he ever had in his entire high school career. He had somebody who could explain abstract concepts in a way he could understand. George prepared our son for the SAT exam and continued tutoring our son during his senior year in high school for advanced math. Honors precalculus and calculus are hard enough subjects for anybody to grasp or master, but they are especially difficult when you have a learning disability. We have no reservation in giving George our highest recommendation.” Hopkinton High School Parents “Along with information, George offers support, encouragement and understanding. He communicates complex ideas in a very comprehensible way.” Westwood High School Student, AP Chemistry “Thank you for your excellent help during our daughter's absence from school. She returned not missing a beat in Trig and Chemistry. Not only that, your joy in teaching the material and encouragement further increased her interest in both subjects and boosted her confidence. We hope you will be able to continue working with her - it is such a pleasure to watch a child bloom academically!” The Middlesex School, Parents, Sharon, MA “Our student's first week of school vacation has been exciting to say the least! He's already six chapters into his AP Chemistry book for next fall and because he respects Dr. George very much; he's enthusiastic about hitting the books. His "A's" in both Honors Geometry and Honors Chemistry came in the mail yesterday and the smile on his face was priceless! Thank you George!” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “I've been a student of George's now for four years going on five. I tried other tutors but no one really does it quite as well as George. He does his best to help the student and to ensure their good performance. One night, before the SAT George stayed with me for roughly six hours to ensure that

I got my 800 on the math portion of the SAT. Overall George is the best tutor I've had thus far, and if you are looking for honest results George is the way to go.” Westwood High School Student “George started working with our teen last year after being recommended (highly) from a friend. We were impressed immediately - he connected with our son and tuned into his style of learning from the very first session. Not only has our son improved in math, but the PSAT/SAT prep work he is doing now is sure to reap benefits during this coming year. We just wish we had found George years ago!” (700 SAT Math) Medfield High School Parent “Since I took the hardest math class at my school this year, I was nervous about my math grade. Thanks to George, on my last test I got the first 100% I've gotten since freshman year! My math has greatly improved since I started working with George, and for the first time I find that I am genuinely interested in math. I cannot recommend George highly enough!” Dover Sherborn High School Student “Thanks again for everything you have done for the boys - you really have a gift!!” Parents, The Rivers School, Weston, MA “I've been working with George for close to three years now and he is unlike any other tutor I've had previously. With comprehension comes good grades and self-satisfaction I can't get through just memorization. George's plethora of knowledge has helped me through numerous courses and standardized tests. Whether it be science, math, and even the SATs, George has been there to help me.” Westwood High School Student “I understand my math now, I can go to class knowing the material on the test and am confident on what I need to know to get a good grade, I have gone from failing in math to being an A student.” 9th Grade Math Student, Norwood High School “Georges help in my precalculus math course was outstanding. George understood that junior year is an incredibly busy year, and he wasted no time in explaining the information to me and finding the best way to convey the message. When I felt that something was too hard to understand, he would find a new way of explaining it. George always tries to make things easier to understand, but is also concerned that I perform to my best ability. George was prepared for everything that was coming in my course, and therefore I had a great advantage in the class. I'm grateful that I not only succeeded in math, but I also had a tutor that cared just as much as I did that I succeeded.” Westwood High School Honors Precalculus Student “George plainly has a mastery of math and science that runs both broad and deep, and he is very, very good at communicating with both students and parents in clear English pitched to their level of scientific understanding, wherever that may be. He clearly cares about his students, and we feel very confident that he is happy to help any way he can.” Medfield High School Parent “We first looked for a tutor when it became clear that our son did not understand the material in his honors pre-calculus class and was moving from a passing grade to a failing grade as the material

became more difficult. We asked George to work with our son. He first worked to stop the immediate problem by working with him on a quiz by quiz basis. As this crisis diminished, he has devised a longer-range plan to bring our son up to the point where he can achieve on his own. George has a rare skill of understanding the material and being able to communicate it in a way that our son could understand. Thanks to George, our son has renewed his confidence and improved his grades enough that he is now on a course to respectfully pass his honors pre-calculus course.” Hopkinton High School Parents “Having George help me kept a smile on my face. I was never left hanging before a big test.” AP Chemistry Student, Westwood High School “George has a very nice personality and is very smart. He has a nice way of conveying information to hold my son's attention. George has been very helpful to my son, bringing his grades to a passing A and building his confidence in math.” Norwood High School Parent “In preparing for the SAT, George helped me dissect each problem into its basic parts. There is no better preparation for the Math SAT than with George.” Westwood High School Honors Pre-Calculus and SAT Math Student “George tutored my daughter in Physics this summer. He clearly has knowledge and patience to tutor with confidence. He took pride in making sure my daughter understood the material covered, without tests and grades, only with positive feedback and enthusiasm. Thank you.” Walpole Parent, Honors Physics “Far more than a brilliant teacher, George's warm and positive attitude has been truly therapeutic by giving our daughter a new confidence and competence in math.” Dana Hall Parent “George has helped me ace my honors precalculus class and, by doing so, he has rekindled my appreciation for math as well as my confidence.” Hopkinton 11th Grade Honors Precalculus Student “My son is a typical middle school boy - more interested in sports than school. George has been able to motivate him to want to learn and excel in math. His teaching approach has been tailored to my son's learning style with good results. His enjoyment, understanding, and confidence in math has increased significantly. To realize that my son's math foundation is solidifying for the high school years is a comfort.” Dover Middle School Parent “George quickly and accurately assessed our son's needs, then put together lesson plans, exercises and study guides geared to address his specific needs. He just came home with his first A.” Westwood High School Parent “I am happy to have George as my daughter's tutor. He is thorough and organized and has helped my daughter understand the subject better. I am pleased with my daughter's improved performance in her school quizzes and tests. I highly recommend George.” Medfield High School Parent

“The children never complain that George is boring or off topic or that he is a waste of their time, and they would if they thought that. Almost any other teacher or tutor did elicit those comments sooner or later from the same children. They tell us that even though George makes them work hard, the effort is worthwhile and that they are being exposed to something uniquely valuable and not duplicative of school work.” Westwood High School Parent “George, you are perpetually a star! Thanks so much for all your help with our son. We are so very appreciative.” Dover Sherborn High School Parents “George is a wonderful example of a professional instructor for mathematics and science. The quality of instruction administered in a calm, patient, and open manner reflects his true concern for the student. The dialog that exists between teacher and student is superb, as the knowledge that is sought and shared establishes itself. We are glad that academia has produced such a top notch instructor for our son.” Walpole Parent, College Calculus “George is an excellent teacher, my daughter's grade in math has gone from a C+ to an A.” Medfield High School Parent “Having George as my math and chemistry SAT II tutor was a very very different experience compared to other tutors. He could identify exactly what I needed not just in terms of the things I was studying but also in terms of the broader plan. His teaching method was also very patient, effective, and thorough, and I could understand all the material with ease. Having tutoring sessions with him has taught me much more than math and chemistry. I also learned many other things such as study methods. He is a highly recommended tutor.” Milton Academy Student “With short notice George made certain I was prepared to take the AP Chemistry test and would always be available to answer questions. I know that without George's help, I never would have excelled taking the test.” Westwood AP Chemistry Student “I've always struggled with pre-calculus and calculus. My teachers never taught the theory behind the problems, or how it was connected to the big picture. George makes it his mission to make sure you thoroughly understand the concepts of the subject.” UMass Lowell Calculus Student “George is a good teacher because - he makes me think the math out, he is always prepared for what I need to learn, thinks of problems to illustrate a math concept on the spot, drills me on what I do not know, makes me tell him how I arrived at the answer, understands me and how I learn, focuses and encourages me, talks to me.” Dover Sherborn Middle School Student “George is a great SAT Math tutor. His thorough knowledge of every part of the test definitely helped me to understand how to take the test in a better and more efficient manner. We tackled each problem as it came and not only solved it but broke down each component of the question so that

we could easily tackle a harder version of the same problem down the road. In just three sessions of preparation with George my test scores increases by sixty points and branched into the 700 range. I believe that George's attention to every detail of the test is what sets him apart from other tutors I tried and is what allowed me to do so well.” AP Calculus, Medfield High School “George has instructed our son and now our daughter. We have found that George tailors his teachings to meet our children's individual needs and not just the 'text book'. George covers everything and then he covers it again making sure they understand thoroughly. It is with great confidence and pleasure that we recommend George to be the very best available!” Walpole High School Parent, Walpole, MA “During junior year, Perdocere helped me prepare for several standardized tests in both math and science. Perdocere was distinctly more effective than the other tutoring organizations I tried. With Perdocere's help, I earned a 740 on the math portion of the SAT I, a 760 on the SAT II Physics, and a 5 on the AP Physics B exam. George helped focus my hard work and succeed where I had to.” Westwood High School Student “George was a wonderful tutor for my daughter's Math SAT-I prep. George has a complete understanding of the Math SAT-I test. He is also skilled in teaching high school students this information. We were thrilled with the results! A very satisfied mom.” Medfield High School Parent (730 SAT Math) “Thank you for all that you do for our son!” Dover Sherborn High School Parents “I used to hate math and everything to do with it. But now that I've been working with George and I am ahead in my work, I absolutely love math now. I can't even tell you the satisfaction I get when I know all the math in class the first time the teacher tells us. Also, my grades couldn't be better right now, and it is all due to George” Monsignor Haddad Middle School Student, Needham, MA “George was flexible and accommodating when my daughter and I found ourselves overscheduled one month before three scheduled SAT-2 examinations. He organized a study program, identified the appropriate tools, and worked out a mutually acceptable schedule on short notice. His thorough understanding of the information and the test process coupled with his kind and cheerful personal style was very effective. The outcomes met our very high expectations, and we look forward to working with him in the future.” Milton Academy Parent “George has been an inspiration to our son! He now has the confidence that he can actually understand and be successful in math.” Walpole High School Parents “We would heap praises, but facts speak better. With a 'C' in 8th grade math, and teachers happy with 'the C', which translates to just passing 8th grade MCAS at the cut-off grade, we looked to George to teach our child. The weekly 2-hour session is productive and fun for our child! We would never have imagined our child sitting for two hours on High School Algebra - but it happens every

week - only with George. George finds a way to teach and convey concepts in math - overcoming our child's learning disabilities. Our child brought home a B+ in Algebra, and in one Algebra quiz, got the first time ever 100%. Our child has gained confidence which beats the frustration and 'I hate math' during 8th grade.” Westwood High School Parent “George is the best math teacher I have ever had and for the first time in my life I can now say I feel confident in math. I get it! He is so organized. He challenged me to really push the limit and had confidence in me that I could achieve the goals we set together. I wasn't to sure but with his methods, encouragement and great teaching I did it and feel great about it too. I did greats on my SATs, my math grade is an A and I now will enter the honors level. I wish I had met George earlier. Thanks George.” Dover Sherborn High School Student “My son found the SAT Math course informative and very helpful. He truly enjoyed the way George presented the material and feels truly prepared for the math portion of the SAT.” Xaverian Brothers High School Parent “We have two children. Our oldest is in college now and our youngest is a sophomore in a charter school. George tutored our oldest in math and for the math SAT when he was a high school junior and senior. He has ADD and focusing is a problem for him. George was able to overcome this and get through to explain the complex abstractions involved in mathematics and calculus and have him retain it. He is now doing well in college and feels that George gave him the foundation he needed in math. Our son gives George high marks: 'George is the best teacher he ever had'. Our youngest goes to a charter school which had twelve subjects instead of six. Advanced math and the sciences are required. The charter school is in its first years and so some teachers did not perform as expected with the result there are missing pieces in our sons understanding. The extra work load has limited the opportunity for him to catch up. Consequently, we have come back to George to help fill in those missing pieces in mathematics and get him ready for MCAS and SAT. George has expertise in many subjects and has been able and willing to give our son extra help in physics and chemistry too when needed. George has the skill and experience it seems to help kids at all skill levels over the difficult pieces in their learning experience. Our sons are quite different in their needs. George has demonstrated that he can explain, teach and motivate anybody willing to learn these difficult subjects.” Charter School Parents “Whenever I am concerned teachers may have assigned material that is too difficult, my daughter says "Don't worry, I have the best tutor ever." With George, you couldn't ask for more. Brilliant and charismatic as a math tutor, and with a special winning personality, George is gifted in explaining math to teenagers.” Dana-Hall Parent “Our daughter has always struggled with math, especially on standardized tests. Always a good student and hardworking, she was always disappointed with her test scores. By working with George, she has grown in her understanding and grasp of the subject. My wife and I are encouraged to see her renewed energetic interest in achieving in math which for too long has been so frustrating and intimidating for her. George, thanks for all your help.” Ursuline Academy Parents

“Initially we brought to George tutor our daughter in AP physics. He ended up tutoring her in both Physics and Pre-Calculus. He also provided help in preparing for SAT and ACT exams. We were very pleased by his dedication as a teacher. He goes above and beyond the average tutor by following up on exam results and checking in the night before to make sure she was ready or to answer any last minute questions. My daughter truly believes she would not have made it through those classes without George's help.” Westwood High School Parent “Throughout the SAT math class, George has made all the questions that are considered hard seem so easy. He has also shown me different ways to come up with an answer for each question. This has caused my math grades to improve!” Medfield High School Student “George is a great man! In my time working with him I have learned VERY much! I believe that George's help is of the utmost benefit for anyone who wishes to enrich themselves and to be successful in math!” Dover Sherborn High School Student (800 Math SAT) “George is a good guy. A+ tutor. Great results, my son scored a 730!” Westwood High School Parent “George has helped me to understand algebra better than my teachers at school ever could!” Walpole High School Student “George has helped my daughter realize that she really could understand physics. Her improved test scores inspired her to work harder, not just in physics, but also in all her classes. Her confidence and ambition both grew as she realized that she could master a difficult topic. George has the gifts of a good translator and teacher, he listens extremely well and then uses words and descriptions that can help students decipher difficult concepts. George's approach to learning, studying, and preparing are completely transferable across many subjects.” Milton Academy Parent “George gave our son the tools and confidence to achieve results above and beyond what he believed was possible. He is a terrific teacher.” Providence College Parents, Walpole, MA “George's results have been spectacular in terms of overall grasp of subjects and preparation for specific exams. He is the cause of one or more of our children getting perfect or nearly perfect scores on SAT or AP tests where, in some instances, the effort was there but, prior to George, not much interest or aptitude a specific subject. He visibly changes good students into superlative students.” Westwood High School Parent “George is an amazing teacher. He is the best tutor a parent can hire to help their child succeed in both mathematics and science. George is true to his thorough teaching; he goes beyond the knowledge taught at school to explain concepts. Having George as a tutor has been invaluable to me throughout high school. Whether you seek to improve grades in school, or simply to study advanced topics, no one can do a better job at helping you than George. George taught me basic calculus the

summer before my AP Physics B course, which allowed me to view physics in a whole different perspective than the rest of my classmates, and has led me to decide to major in Biophysics next fall. And as I sit in my AP Calculus class this year, I can only smile and think, 'George has taught me well.' ” Westwood High School AP Chemistry, Honors Pre-Calculus, AP Physics, and AP Calculus Student “This year our son attended the Perdocere Math SAT Prep Course. George's clear, well-presented explanations and thorough review of the SAT Math was very helpful. We finally found someone with a high-level math knowledge base and also with the unique and most important quality - the skill of teaching in a manner that is understandable. George has helped our son gain knowledge, skill and confidence.” Dover Sherborn High School Parents “You have set the 'gold standard' that I don't think anyone else can approach.” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “In teaching me how to do math for the SAT's, George has taught how to work around any math problem that I may come across.” Medfield High School Student “George is the best math tutor imaginable.” Dana-Hall Parent “George is a brilliant mathematician who has the rare ability to convey that knowledge to our teenagers. He is an effective communicator who teaches with patience, determination and perseverance. George understands that confidence is the most important ingredient for learning and empowers our children to believe in themselves.” Ursuline Academy Parents “Within the last two years, George not only fulfilled his duties as a tutor by helping me excel in Calculus and on the SAT's but went beyond by helping me with the college application process and advising me based on my academic goals. Throughout George mentored me and helped me to grow and develop the strong work ethic and skills that I have today and use every day in college.” Worcester State College Student “After having George as an AP Chemistry tutor my sophomore year, I felt that I couldn't go wrong in choosing him as my math SAT tutor. George's sessions allowed me to feel confident and fully prepared for the test. He had the resources and exceptional test-taking strategies I was looking for and needed in order to improve my score. George himself looks over our practice tests and pinpoints our mistakes, and then works on developing a strategy to strengthen these weak areas. George truly cares that each and every one of us improves; the amount of time he spends reviewing every single practice test we take shows his dedication to perfection. The SAT test itself felt incredibly simple compared to his course, which was a wonderful feeling. I urge others to use George as their tutor. His course allowed me to achieve a score of 790 on the math section of the SAT, and I have no doubt that he will help me achieve great success in the future.” Westwood High School Math Student

“George enthusiastically provides the most positive atmosphere for thorough understanding, solid development and concrete achievement in mathematics. He teaches in the spirit of a love for learning and instills an intrinsic desire for continued learning and understanding. George holds our daughter to a higher standard of achievement which she reaches for with great pride in accomplishment.” Dover Sherborn High School Parents “My daughter went up two letter grades from a C to an A. In my book George gets an A+.” Medfield High School Math Parent “The SAT Subject Test for Math Level IIC is not an easy test. One must completely understand the topics that are covered to complete the problems, and one must have precision and speed to score high on the test. With George’s help, I was able to get high scores on many of the practice tests which reflected my real score. George has taught me the best ways to approach each problem; I can now solve each question quickly while understanding the math behind each question completely. I am very thankful that I was able to meet George, for his teachings and support allowed me to success on the SAT Math Level IIC test.” Westwood High School Student (780 SAT Math Level IIC) "George brought my grade from 63 to 100. Enough said." Newton North High School Student “Our son's entire success this year is because of Dr. George and his smart and savvy Perdocere Math and Science Tutoring! With Dr. Georges innate knowledge of the academic world we feel confident that we are steering our son in the absolute right direction towards his passion for learning, achieving and most importantly to his happy and bright academic future! We will continue to supplement our child's education with Perdocere Tutoring because Dr. George has given him the confidence we only dreamed he could achieve! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!” Dover Sherborn High School Parents “George is a great tutor. His math knowledge and his ability to teach it in such a way that my son understood it was amazing. My son improved his Math SAT score by almost 100 points. I highly recommend George both as a tutor and as a person. He made a huge impression on my son. Thank you so much.” Walpole High School Parent “George set an amazing foundation for my AP Physics course, when he taught me some basic calculus, which allowed me to understand how all the formulas interconnected, rather than simply memorizing them.” Westwood High School AP Physics Student (AP score 5) “Our daughter would have never gotten accepted to the highly selective college she now attends without George. Meaning she would have missed the opportunity to go to the school that's turned out to be perfect for her. We thank our lucky stars for George every single day.” Medfield High School Parents “Believe it. It's true. Before George started coming to our home, I read every single one of the testimonials on this website. It was clear the students and families were overwhelmingly pleased,

but could he teach our child? It took mere minutes before I heard our daughter say, "Oh I get it! That's easy" At that very moment, two things happened. I quietly breathed a sigh of relief because I knew we had found the perfect tutor, and our daughter began to believe in herself. The big question in our house a few months ago was "What are we going to do about math?" Now we're looking far ahead and wondering to ourselves, "What will she do with math?" ” Thurston Middle School Parent, Westwood, MA “Perdocere Math and Science Tutoring with Dr. George was the best decision we ever made for our son. George has not only given our son the knowledge and understanding of math, but the confidence to master it. He has given him the skills and confidence he needs to truly be a success. We can thank him for not only the math skills learned but also his advice in SAT management and preparedness and in interview techniques. We give Dr. George a perfect score!” Brewster Academy Parents, Needham, MA “George has been working with our son for more than a year now. We can't say enough for George's abilities to teach - whether it be physics, mathematics or SAT prep, George ensures that our son has a comprehensive understanding of the materials. He challenges him to think through problems and apply concepts. George also has a way of making learning and academic achievement something that our son is proud of. He has instilled in him a level of confidence in his academic abilities that would not have existed absent George. Anyone wanting a truly dedicated teacher and genuinely nice guy to work with their son or daughter should always look to George first.” Dover Sherborn High School Parents “During my junior year I took my school’s honors chemistry class with plans to take the SAT subject test for chem. When I looked at the College Board study guide with practice tests, I noticed that there were many topics that were completely missing from my chem class. Even the topics we covered seemed to be a watered down versions while the SAT required in depth understanding. Meeting two times a week, George rebuilt chemistry for me. By the end I was able to score high on all the practice tests and scored a 730 on the real test with plenty of time at the end to check over my answers.” Westwood High School Student “We knew our son was brighter than his grades were showing. George did wonders, going back to basics and making sure he really understood the underlying concepts for both math and chemistry. His grades have improved, his confidence is back, and he recently hit the 700 mark on his math SAT. Now, if only we could send George to college with him...” Medfield High School Parents “George has been tutoring our son for over two years now, we are very pleased with the results. Our son has a real appreciation for the method in which George teaches, and is confident in his own abilities now to understand and comprehend challenging concepts. With George the lesson is always positive, focused and thoroughly understood. Besides being such a wonderful tutor, mentor, and motivator, George has encouraged our son to excel in other pursuits as well, always looking toward the future. We highly recommend George!” Walpole High School Parents “George has been an invaluable asset to me. Ever since I began seeing George five years ago he has been there to help me through whatever material I was struggling with. Whether is was my

eighth grade algebra or my senior year AP calculus George has been able to not only teach me the material but to have me understand it as well. George helped me to get the 800 on the Math SAT I and was even able to teach me in biology as well. After trying other tutors I can say without any reservation that George is the best out there. George presents the material in a way that is easily accessible and learnable, making sure that each student is able to learn the material in his/her own way. For my part George has both my thanks and respect for all that he has done. I can't recommend his services enough and urge you, if you want to see real results George is the one to use.” Westwood High School Student “After the first couple of math tests at the beginning of my sophomore year of high school, I knew I needed help. After just a couple of sessions with George I immediately became a standout in the classroom, consistently on the verge of a perfect test. George rebuilt the foundation of my mathematical skills, allowing me to see the 'big' picture and to intertwine new ideas with old concepts. His ability to aid me in understanding the undercurrents of what my teacher was lecturing on in school allowed me to excel in the classroom. I have had George as a tutor for three years and he has inspired a sense of appreciation in the workings of Mathematics that I am now considering pursuing the subject as a major in college.” Dover Sherborn High School Student “What would our schools be like is we could witness George's way of teaching there? Quality, it works!” Dana-Hall Parents “I wish we had found George sooner! He has done a wonderful job of not only teaching the current year's math, but also of going back and filling in the missing pieces of our son's mathematical foundation. He has helped him in the sciences, and as we move into SATs, I expect to see his positive influence there as well. Our son in a more confident student because of George. However, I think George's greatest strength may be sensing what learning style fits our son and being able to adapt on a given day to what he needs, both emotionally and scholastically.” Medfield High School Parent “I recently told a professional colleague about the most amazing man, Dr. George. She confessed that her son was bored in math and I shared that our son had admitted the exact same sentiment and that he too didn't want to approach his math teacher because he would simply receive more homework instead of the progressive math education he was looking for. I told her that Dr. George has come to our house for three years, and every single time he tutors our son he has the same kind, upbeat, prepared approach without fail and that Dr. George is our best resource for MCAS, SAT and test prep hands down. He shows up more than prepared and always with the same sincerity every single time, simply to teach our son in the best way our student can learn. Simply put, we can't do without Perdocere and our son's grades are the proof!” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “My son has been tutored by George for the last three years. During that time he has gone from a struggling student to one who feels a confident mastery of the subject. George has built up his understanding by patiently explaining the basic foundation of math as well as adding enrichment when my son was ready. He now loves math and we owe it all to George!” Dover Sherborn High School Parent

“George has been more than just a tutor. He is a friend and a mentor for both our children. Perfect SAT and ACT scores were just the beginning. George is still with them in college. His methods and teaching skills are more than what we imagined. The sooner a child starts with George the better his foundations are made solid, and the confidence the student acquires with his help goes beyond math to encompass all the curriculum.” Westwood High School Parents (800 SAT, 36 ACT) “George makes sure his students believe in themselves and their abilities, thus setting the stage for academic success. He also takes the time to emphasize that it isn't inspiration that creates success, it is perspiration. It is the mantra that is followed as he prepares students for the SAT. And there is success; both of our sons have done extremely well on both the SAT and SAT Subject Tests - and by extremely well, we mean a consistent pattern of scores at or just below 800.” Rivers School Parents “As an extraordinary tutor for classroom math in both middle school and high school, we have now asked George to prepare our daughter for math on the college SAT. We have absolute confidence in George to help our daughter achieve her highest possible SAT math score.” Dana Hall Parents “George is very patient and explains everything in language that I can understand. He always encourages me and praises my accomplishments. I know that my SAT scores will be the best I am capable of. George has really made a difference!” Wellesley High School Student “Math has never been my forte - even though George tells me I'm good at it every time I meet with him. Which in a way is true - because when George is teaching me I am good at math. Instead of only showing me how something works, he'll explain why it works, which is exactly the teaching style I need. The difference in style, and therefore effectiveness, between George and my teachers at school is so vast that there's a distinct possibility I would be failing math without him.” Dover Sherborn High School Student “George has been tutoring our son for over a year and this year he is the top student in his honors precalculus math class. He's a more confident student and is willing to help others in his class so they may be successful. That helps to reinforce what he is learning, as well. This year, he has been studying for the ACT and SAT with George and we anticipate good outcomes!” Westwood High School Parents “Anyone who says that the SAT Mathematics section cannot be taught has not met George. After scoring a low 600 on my first practice exam, George stepped me through the process of learning how to take the test as well as the mathematical concepts behind it. After several months of training, George helped me to receive a perfect 800 on the Math section. And if that wasn't enough, he also guided me through the SAT Mathematics IIC Subject Test, which, with his aid, I scored another perfect 800. Thanks to George, I was able to conquer the SAT's.” Dover-Sherborn High School Student, Sherborn MA “When most people think of a 'tutor' they think of an individual that helps with a particular subject area, usually through studying or practice. When I think of George I find the standard definitions of

`tutor' no longer apply. Although George is great at `traditional' tutoring he has a skill set that enables him to do so much more. His ability to teach material in a way that is easily comprehensible makes learning material unbelievably easy. I started with George in the 8th grade when my math grades were not so great. He took my grades in my 8th grade algebra course and turned C's into A's. Five years later I graduated high school with an 800 in my math SAT, a 790 in my math SAT IIC, and an A- in AP Calculus BC, the most difficult math class ever offered by Westwood High School. George truly is the best, from science, math, and in my personal case, computer programming. George has the esoteric knowledge and raw intellect necessary to come through on his business name and `instruct thoroughly'.” Westwood High School Student “Over the past three years, George has become the family's de facto math and science consiliari. He has not only guided our first son to a string of 800's but instilled in him a sense of academic confidence and curiosity that will serve him well in college. He also started down the academic path with our second son this year - a very different learner than the first - yet he has struck the appropriate chords with him. George is a born teacher. He is enthusiastic about his subjects, explains and teaches in a clear and logical manner, and patiently drives the learning process. We can always count on George and will continue to rely on him in the future.” Dover Sherborn High School Parent “I think George is not merely a tutor -- he is a real educator.
