NEXA produce perfluoroelastomer sealing elements for critical applications,
where high temperatures, water steam, wet applications, purity and
chemical resistance are the factors to be faced. Our mission is to find the
right and durable sealing element for the worst working conditions.
The philosophy of the Company has always oriented the activities in order
not to become only supplier of sealing elements (O-Rings, Special parts and
so on) but to be customer consultants and develop the right product for
every different application.
Our strength is the technical and production capability to develop and
realise special compounds always improving their properties with reference
to the working parameters to be supported. Our production is focused to
enhance the sealing performance in aggressive environments in particular
segments of the market like food, pharmaceutical, semiconductor,
aerospace and petrochemical industries.

The NEXA products resist up to 334C working temperature (PFX 9014)
maintaining their elasticity.
They are particularly recommended in water steam and wet applications. In fact,
all the tests after steam exposure 168 h @ 300C + dry-out 4 h @ 120C, showed
excellent steam resistance by far higher than triazine cured materials.
The compression sets (test method in hot air) of the NEXA compounds can be
defined the best values available on the market for similar products.

Nexa perfluorolastomer products have a wide
spectrum of chemical resistance, withstanding
aggression from hundreds of solvents, plasmas and
chemicals always with a very small swell.

The NEXA seals, thanks to their resistance to chemicals and high temperatures
present very low values of embrittlement and swelling, typical reasons of
premature failure of every kind of seal and gasket.
It means that our products have long life reducing maintenance costs, failure risks
and increasing productivity.
In some cases the performance of the seals have been enhanced so much that,
while another sealant elements only worked 45 hours, the NEXA products worked
for more than 4300 hours continuously in Grade one conditions.
