tsPerforated metal sheets and materialThe main advantages of the PERFO LINEA brand are in-house custom manufacturing as well as having the biggest distribution warehouse for perforated sheet metal items in the Czech Republic. PERFO LINEA has at its disposal a complete range of mo-

dern machines and a wide assortment of production tools. This is why we are very fl exible in terms of custom-made order de-liveries and also mass production. Perfora-tion can be performed on sheets or coils. The sheets can be fl attened and surface

treated (more on page 3). There are many kinds of perforation – round, square, slot, decorative, anti-skid or special. Be creative. We are ready to bring your ideas to life!

•Mild steel (DC01, S235 ÷ S355) Acceptable price of material, good for sur-face treatment – powder coating, hot deep galvanising and painting etc.

• Stainless steel Long lifespan guarantee, no corrosion. This is used in pharmaceutical, food and chemical operations, which place high de-mands on hygienic regulations and also in modern architecture.

• Galvanised steel (DX51D + Z)This is mild steel coated with zinc. It is good for surface treatment – with powder coa-tings or paints. Regularly used in the fi eld of air-conditioning, ventilation and anti- noise walls and cabins.

• AluminiumAluminium is characterised by its light weight and long lifespan as well as it not being plagued by corrosion. For the per-fect end result, this material can be treated with eloxal or powder coating.

• Other metals and materialsIt is for example possible to perforate cop-per, brass, aluminium alloys and material such as paper, cardboard and also PVC.

PERFO LINEA a. s. is the largest producer of perforated sheet metal and supplier of expanded metal, steel gratings, steel con-veyor belts and wire meshes in the Czech Republic. PERFO LINEA – is the trademark of a businesslike entity with strong capital backing and a long tradition. The company has been active in the fi eld of perforation since 1993. The wide product range is used in modern architecture, building, agriculture, the

foodstuff and chemical industries as well as heavy industries. The company’s head offi ce is located in Chrudim. Our range of products is avail-able at the distribution warehouses in Chrudim and Prostějov. We offer more than 600 stock items of perforated metal sheets, 100 stock items of expanded metal sheets and more than 40 stock items of steel gra-tings for immediate pick-up.Custom manufacturing and delivery service

• Expanded metal sheetsExpanded metal sheets are used in general engineering, building, agriculture, trans-port and food industries etc. Expanded me-tal can in some cases substitute perforated metal sheet. It can be delivered in format-ted sheets or coils with a material thickness of up to 6mm. We offer more than 100 items in stock. We are able to deliver decorative, micro and expanded metal sheet products. We currently provide custom-made orders and professional consultation. • Steel gratings and treadsSteel gratings and treads are construction elements. They can be delivered in a pres-sed and welded form. The surface can be

anti-skid modifi ed. Most frequent usage: stairs, foot bridges, bridges. The surface can be hot deep galvanized, natural, mace-rated or polished stainless steel. It is also possible to supply composite materials gratings. More than 40 items are available in stock incl. all components. We currently provide custom-made orders and professi-onal consultation. • Steel conveyor beltsSteel conveyor belts are used for fl uent transfer of various materials and pro-ducts. Steel conveyor belts can be found in chocolate factories, bakeries, driers and glassworks. Thanks to their high-tempe-rature resistance (from -50ºC to +1200 ºC),
