Bar Activated VentAssembly; 2-7/8” EUE

Wood Group Logging Services’ BAV was developed

to be the primary underbalance valve in drop bar TCP operations.

Designed to operate off of rathole hydrostatic, the BAV operates

independently from tubing hydrostatic pressure.

Benefits BAV can be operated with dry tubing

Does not reduce drop bar velocity

Can be run with any packer

Once vent opens, BAV is locked in place

Wood Group Logging Services’PWP tool measures gamma rays, temperature of the well and bottom

hole pressure during perforating operations. The PWP saves valuable

time and reduces frequency of wireline trips.

Pressure ActivatedTime Delay Firing SystemPressure ActivatedTime Delay Firing System

Wood Group Logging Services’ High Pressure Time Delayed Firing Head (TDF) permits underbalance perforating through the use of a pressure actuated firing head employing a time delay fuse. The use of the time delay allows for time (9-10 minutes) to bleed the actuating pressure off the tubing, to achieve the desiredunderbalance, prior to firing the guns. The system may also be usedwith perforate and stimulate TCP to adjust the overbalance prior to the guns firing.

Benefits❸ Independently perforate selected zones.

❸ Fire several guns independently during one trip

❸ Obtain maximum utilization of underbalance

❸ Not affected by annulus pressure; can be run in heavy mud systems

❸ Can be used with full/or non-full opening tools

❸ Multiple guns can be run without gun spacers to reduce costs

❸ The TDF is ideal for production completions, drill stem testing, dual completions, and coiled tubing operations

❸ Recommended for running on top and/or bottom of gun assemblies

❸ Time delay extensions may be added for additional time in10 minutes intervals (for N2 operations)

Wood Group Logging Services’ Differential Firing Head

DFH was developed to allow low pressure actuation of TCP Guns.

Benefits

❸ Underbalance perforating in horizontal wells without a packer

❸ Pressure balanced when run in hole for improved safety

& reliability

❸ Can be adapted to run as an annulus pressure operated

firing head using Packer Bypass System

❸ Can be run with Bar Activated Vent to open vent when firing

❸ Can be utilized with Time Delay fuses to provide time to

reduce applied pressures.

Redundant AnnulusPressure Firing SystemRedundant AnnulusPressure Firing System

Wood Group Logging Services’ Redundant Annulus

Pressure Firing System (R-APF) was designed to allow underbalance

perforating for shoot and pull applications. The R-APF accomplishes

this by using differential pressure across the packer to actuate the

firing mechanism. Utilized with Packer Bypass system.

Benefits❸ Full bore design

❸ Can be used with any other Firing Head on top of the R-APF

❸ Can be used for Drill Stem Testing (DST) and shoot and pull applications

❸ Ideal for deviated wells
