USING RENEWABLE RESOURCES

Trespa® TopLab®PLUS and VERTICAL are available with the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC™) or Forestry Stewardship Council™ (FSC™) certification upon request for restricted quantities and jurisdictions. The use of FSC™ and PEFC™ certified Trespa® panels may also contribute to points associated with green building certification systems like LEED, BREEAM and DGNB. These certifications are part of the initiatives resulting from Trespa’s Sustainability Policy, by which Trespa shows its commitment to the use of raw materials from sustainable origin and to forest preservation. The Trespa®

Toplab® line has been granted with an Environmental Product Declaration issued by EPD International AB.

The Trespa® TopLab®PLUS product line is enriched with the introduction of T70.0.0 Slate Grey with grey core. The new core provides greater design freedom, while maintaining Trespa® TopLab®PLUS inherent hygienic and chemical resistant properties.

Trespa® TopLab® offers a range of classic, modern and trend-setting colours and is available in several thicknesses and sizes. The homogenous panels can be machined in the same way as high-quality hardwoods, making them easy to customise and install. TopLab® panels are available in large sizes, reducing unhygienic seams to a minimum.

In 2015, Trespa developed the next generation of its Electron Beam Curing (EBC) technology in-house, which gives Trespa® TopLab®PLUS and TopLab®VERTICAL its surface properties.

Electron Beam Curing is a fast, non-thermal curing method which uses high-energy electrons at a controlled rate to cure special surfaces. The result is a closed surface with excellent smoothness, cleanability and chemical resistance.
