WORK EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
February 2014 - August 2014 Master Thesis Student at the German Aerospace Center
DLR-SART, Linzer Strasse 1, 28359 Bremen
Main Goal: Creating a new tool for the geometrical analysis of solid rocket motor propellant grain regression.
Completed Tasks:
Developed a new 3D grain burnback analysis model based on drafting techniques;
Implemented the corresponding tool on a Fortran application using OOP features;
Implemented a Matlab application for the visualization of the grain burning surface during
motor operation;
Performed the tool integration with a wider software package used for solid rocket motor
performance analysis and optimization.
