The upgrades on the stabiliser heat exchanger and splitter pre-heaters address the separation efficiency around the running oil trains. The heat exchangers form an integral part of the ability to increase and sustain condensate production capacity from 7.0 MTA to 7.7MTA stabilised condensate to export. The project was kicked off in 2007 and relevant budget have since been approved for a total of $13,2M

The new LGA (SIP) Building was installed in mid 2011. It houses 25 production and maintenance operatives & 2 security personnel (summer season) and 75 production and maintenance operatives & 2 security personnel (winter season) in the event of an emergency. The new EOPS Control Room SIP type building was installed and commissioned in 2013. Implementation of this projects granted re-housing of the operations personnel to the safe adequate “shelters in place” facilities

The LMP actually installed at the Waste Management Complex as a stand alone plant. In view of the increase of the drilling activities it came up necessary to upgrade of the existing LMP and erect a TCC. The modernisation of the existing LMP consist of installation of additional equipment & expansion of the mud storage area with the purpose of increase of the mud's productivity.TCC plan was required to ensure that the oily wastes from the new drilling technology will beadditionally treated as fit for purpose.

Safety issues during flaring at burn pits require a Horizontal Flare Ignition Systems to be installed on all wells over the Field. An implementation programme has been followed since Q4 2005 and is permanently ongoing through to completion of the remaining existing wells

Examples of the Projects ManagedGathering System ExpansionThe gathering system is designed for expansion in the north and west of the Field to deliver the production of theplanned wells which are ready for service in 2008 and 2009. Theexpansion consists of extending the 5-slot existing manifoldsstations RMSs by another 5 slots for eachThis is considered as sufficient to tie in the planned wells in that part of Field and retain flexibility. In order to deliverproduct from these RMSs to plants, additional 10” trunk lines are installed.
