programme to over 755 health workers (L2) • Trained 10 ACP Facilitators to deliver training across NZ (L3) • Trained 2 ACP Trainers to lead the ACP Training Programme (L4) • Trained 13 actors to simulate realistic communication scenarios • Over delivered on targets to hold ACP conversations with
consumers • Presented everywhere from Melbourne to the North Shore
