I have been Principal Investigator on 85 grants or contracts totaling $9.3 million and the co-PI on three grants totaling $8 million. Since 2016, as Associate Dean, I have overseen two grant-funded centers (CIRCLE and the Institute for Democracy and Higher Education) whose directors are usually the PIs on their grants.
