Iran Petrochemical Commercial Co. was established in July 1990 based on the petrochemical industries need for an independent company engaged in domestic and foreign trade. Then in 2009, in line with the observation of the goals of Article 44 of the constitution more than 52 percent of the shares were transferred to the consortium of Iran Investment Company & share holders. The company continued its activities as a trading company.
