Who we are – Company Information Established in 2008. Under PVN’s delegation, PV EIC is

the only company in PVN Group to carry out maintenance services for all downstream facilities.

Leading Technical Services Provider in Repair & Maintenance (R&M) for Oil & Gas industry in Vietnam, PVEIC is focusing in 03 main fields:

Currently, PV EIC employs over 1,200 office staffs and skilled workers across the country, and invests 3 Workshops located Quang Ngai, Vung Tau and Nghi Son provinces, which are focusing on Maintenance & Repair and Fabrication Work:

1. Technical Services – Repair and Maintenance

Currently, PV EIC is having frame contracts with Binh Son Refinery, Phu My Fertilizer Plant, Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant, Bio- Ethanol Dung Quat, and PVTex Dinh Vu to provide:

• Routine/Daily Maintenance • Total Integrated Plant Maintenance (TPM) • Turnaround Maintenance

Including but not limited to the following scope of services:

• Scaffolding/ Insulation/ Painting/ Manpower supply • Hot Tapping/Online Leak Sealing/High-Power Jetting/ NDT • Rotatory Equipment Maintenance Services (Pump, compressor, …) • Heat Exchanger Cleaning/Dry Ice CO2 Blasting/Catalyst Change Out
