Darshan is a Partner leading the Forensic Services practice in Mumbai with substantial investigative and forensic accounting experience in USA and India. He has been with the organization for over 22 years out of which, he spent 9 years as part of the forensics practice in New York. He has over 14 years of work experience across practice areas of Forensic accounting, Disputes & Litigation.
He specialises in large multinational forensic accounting investigations, anti-bribery investigations, arbitrations and resolution of post-acquisition purchase price disputes as well as matters involving the determination of damages. He has assisted clients in various forums including the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) London, American Arbitration Association (AAA) and several ad hoc arbitrations in the United States and in India. Nandita joined GSK in 2005 as Product Manager where she handled a brand portfolio of mass market brands and was promoted as Marketing Manager Respiratory in 2011 where she lead the respiratory marketing team to plan, develop and execute the Seretide Price/Volume opportunity in India through access. Also, she was strategically involved in formulation of the 5 year respiratory strategy for India considering the growth dynamics and GSK’s respiratory pipeline.
Prior to joining GSK, Nandita worked with Novartis. She has 13 years pharma experience in Respiratory, anti-infective and mass markets.
