About the Event : Pharma Partnering Live 2010Pharma Partnering Live 2010

Pharma Partnering Live 2010 is a first of its kind virtual ‘partnering event’ focused on both the Brand Pharmaceutical and Generic Pharmaceutical markets.

This interactive event which simulates the action of a live convention center environment, will be able to meet the needs of business professionals working from their own business and geographical environments, in ways not possible via live events, webinars or other means, which often impose physical limitations and time contraints.

It will also be a very cost-effective venue for both attendees and exhibitors to explore business opportunities, increasing the ROI to a maximum for both.

With current ease of use of broadband communications, proliferation of online business networking, web and podcasting and the increasing trend of adoption of these technologies by mainstream media/marketing, virtual events have also emerged as a new and exciting venue even in the pharmaceutical industry, with many large corporations already establishing solid relationships with virtual events technology companies.

Virtual events provide a number of advantages and/or similar benefits

to live events :  • Efficient means for reaching the right target audience and potential clients

• Can have a global reach, allowing for a diversity of audience

• Similar interactivity to live events : real-time networking, webcasting, chat sessions

• Efficient use of time and resources for attendees & exhibitors – downtime is not spent standing at a booth with no traffic. One can be working at their office during the event

• Opportunity to get reports with information impossible to attain from live events

• Overlapping event webcasts and discussions can be seen as archived information

• Cost effective to attend and exhibit, and no additional travel costs

• Much higher ROI when compared to live events

Why Virtual vs. Live ? Pharma Partnering Live 2010Pharma Partnering Live 2010

Virtual Event Features:

• A virtual exhibit floor/ virtual booths with industry leaders attending to the booths for real-time interactivity.

• Pre-event scheduling of meetings available for exhibitors and attendees to make best use of time

• Live streaming video presentations from thought leaders in industry - opportunity for attendees to ask questions of these experts in real-time.

• Live chat among attendees and exhibitors - opportunity to easily exchange contact information and collect materials in a virtual briefcase

• Virtual Briefcase and Comprehensive Reports available to all attendees.

• Event archived for 6 months, producing Virtual Leads continually.
