130 KGOF SIMPLICITY

100% ENERGY SELF-SUFFICIENT

100% AUTONOMOUS IN NAVIGATION

Solar powered without need for recharging. Works up to 12 hours a day without a human operator.

The robot moves according to a predefined

RTK GPS trajectory.

Lightweight design minimises soil compaction – reliable,

robust and safe.

Fully autonomous platform for scouting and phenotyping applications, capable of integrating sensors from different manufacturers.

A FLEXIBLE, LIGHTWEIGHT, AUTONOMOUS AND ECONOMICAL MACHINE

HOW IT WORKS

The robot works without a driver or operator. The solar power supply allows the robot to have-complete energy autonomy, even on cloudy days. It moves autonomously by orienting and positio-ning itself precisely thanks to RTK GPS navigation. The robot path is fully programmable through the software interface provided with the robot. A large number of trajectories can be stored in the machine and on the ecoRobotix servers. A smartphone application is available for local robot control and to load the appropriate navigation path. The status of the robot can be consulted re-motely at any time thanks to the desktop & smartphone applications and GSM/3G communication.

An RTK GPS receiver with GSM/3G correction is integrated into the robot. The robot can be deli-vered either with a SIM card and RTK correction service or the user can make use of his/her own infrastructure.

The robot is able to adapt its speed for different segments of its path, or even to stop and start again according to the needs of the sensor(s).

Scouting and phenotyping sensors and algorithms are not provided. Our robot is capable of loa-ding several sensors from different manufacturers, within the limits of our weight, volume enve-lope, and power supply specifi cations.

Where a software interface has been developed between ecoRobotix and the sensor manufac-turer, the robot will be able to give commands for the start and end of image capture, as well as information on the RTK GPS position.

The robot is equipped with an adjustable payload arm that enables any sensor to be suspended at an adjustable height compatible with different crop heights.

A WIDE RANGE OF USESThanks to its adjustable width (1.4 m to 2.1 m) and the positioning of the adjustable sensor (1 m to 1.8 m), the robot can be used on a wide variety of crops, for example cereals, beets, market garden crops.
