• Homeless Death Review Process to Identify System Gaps

– Housing Authorities have various pressures including diminishing resources, persons with significant service needs and increased central office focus on serving homeless and the disabled.

– Partnerships on Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Projects to ensure completion and maintaining high occupancy rates.

learn new skills– Small local

foundations, or new foundations love to support a small but valuable portion of the work.
