HOUSE AND LANGUAGES

-Languages - There are so many lan-guages in the Philippines. There are more than 120 languages, some of them are called ‘Tagalog, Bisaya, Ilokano’. But I only speak one language, and it is ‘Taga-log’. The main language is ‘Tagalog’.

-House - Our house in the Philippines doesn’t look like houses here. It just looks like a house

Mall Of AsiaSM CITY NORTH EDSASM CITY NORTH EDSA is a shopping mall located in Quezon City, Philippines. It is the largest mall in Southeast and the third largest in the world in terms of a leasable area 496,878 square meters. This mall is operated by SM Prime holdings, which is a local company in the Philippines. SM Prime holdings are the biggest retail and mall operator in Southeast Asia. SM City North EDSA was opened on Novem�ber 25, 1985.

TemperatureThere are only two seasons in the Philippines - a warm wet sea-son and cool dry season . The dry season lasts from October to June, and wet is for the rest of the year. The average year-round temperature measured from all weather stations in the Philip-pines. Except from Baguio City. Cooler days are usually felt in the month of January with temperature averaging 25.5 degrees and the warmest are felt in the month of May with 35.5 degrees. In Ba-guio City, with an elevation of 1,500m above a sea level, the mean average is 18.3 degrees but sometimes it is way cooler by about 4.3 degrees.

The Philippines has 12 international airports, and it has more than 20 ma�jor and minor domestic airports serving the country. The ‘NAIA’ which stands for Nonoy Aquino International Airport is the main international gateway to the Philippines.

- There are 175 languages and dialects in the coun-try, but only 171 of these are actively used. But the main language of the Philippines is Tagalog
