Consequent upon request of MIS BEC Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. vide letter dtd. 23/05/2015 for

grant of amendment in the Consent, the original Consent to Operate granted u/s 26 of the

Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974, u/s 21 of the Air (Prevention & Control of

Pollution) Act 1981 and Authorization / Renewal of Authorization under Rule 5 of the

Hazardous Wastes (Management, Handling & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2008 vide

reference ( I ) above is amended as follows:

1. The name and address of the industry shall be read as- MIS BEC Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 24, MlDC Dhatav, Tal. Roha, Dist-Raigad, Maharashtra - 402 11 6.

2. The date of validity of earlier Consent at Ref. No. (1) and at Sr. No. (9) shall be read as 31/12/2016.
